If you want empty hands while exploring just switch to your camera just before you leave the border of the village and once out get out of camera mode. You hands are and will remain empty until you select a weapon or go into a store or challenge.

There was one I just couldn't stay underwater really long. I do have the recipe to hold breath more now. i think it's a sub quest called "connection to the past".
using a diving syringe to get that underwater relic never even occurred to me, i just waited till i got the expert swimmer perk and its just enough to get to the bottom and back up without dying.
running around the islands collecting all the relics and other collectibles has to be one of my favorite activities in the game as you really get to know the islands and their stories

Watch my tips and tricks guide for a good description of how to quickly level up and get everything you need. To finish 100% some of the items are very hard to get. The Relic in Earnharts cave is found by going to the opposite side of the cave your freinds are in where the sunken ship is, where he finds the part and climbing up the vines, once up you follow it over to the other side and there is an opening to another large cave. There is a BEAR in there so be ready.
SWARNANKA ROY Radio towers does not unlock the locations for reliques,letters and chests.. only maps in the store.. it unlocks online the surrounding region

If you mean reset enemy camps, then there should be a option within Settings -> Gameplay, then near the bottom of the list a option to "Reset Outposts." And as far as not making videos, I just never saw the need to make another "Tips and Tricks Video" to put out a bunch of information. If I ever really got into a new game, maybe I'd do another.

My game is from the time of release and i have all the updates (on PC) and I used to use the Spas12 but it stopped working for me, and the grenade arrows used to be a 1 shot open and then sometimes it would take 2, so I just kept with C4 after that. It's nice it still works for you.

I don't remember the place you are talking about, but if you look on the map for dark spots you might be able to find an entrance to a cave.

Could you please explain the purpose of taking photos? The enemies gets flagged with binoculars, and taking a photo seems to do nothing extra.
Tagging the enemies makes it easier to keep track of them, and it shows you their type as well I think. Thats about it.
