You could fasten some lexan to the inner tubular frame if you wanted to. It wouldn't hug the plastic frame perfectly but you would still be protected from the elements, especially if you used weatherstrip around your lexan.

www.utvestore.com/product-page/yamaha-ultramatic-grease-substitute-tinkseal You can use any grease such as lithium but Tinkseal is my preferred lube as it leaves a dry film behind after the main component 'dries' up. The doors will work without lubing the nipple/puck, but you're going to get a good workout opening and closing the door until you lubricated it.
Could you forgo the plastic zip windows for some lexan? The frames look like they are decently made.

We love our new upper doors! Are there any side mirrors that work with them? We had to remove our A-pilar mounted mirrors to install the upper doors.
UORP is currently working on a solution, stay tuned.
Does this work with the motorized front lift windshield polycarb
Link me to the product in question.
Do you feel the new latching system is still secure enough when trailering at highway speeds?
Absolutely.
Do you know when the RMax 2 version is coming out?
It's being worked on right now. I'm hoping they'll be ready in 1 month but don't hold me to that.
Those are pretty slick. And any idea on a price for the Rmax 2?
I wish I could speculate but hopefully they'll be available in a month or so.
Ok cool keep me posted please. If they are in n my budget I’m getting them for sure!

Where do you get Tink grease? Is there a substitute? Will the doors work without it?

Not very satisfied with mine they won't be getting any more money from me
Does the kit come with a rivet gun?
No it does not. You can pick them up fairly cheap and they come in pretty handy for other projects as well.
Where did you get the kit?
