Mark is from America, Jackson is from Hong Kong so they are both fluent in english, Bam Bam is from Thailand but he speaks english very good, other members are koreans, but they all learn to speak english very hard (Jinyoung is best english speaker from them). It is so nice if you can check out the album too, I’m not try to be biased but their albums are masterpieces especially their latest comeback. Btw just fyi, almost all of them can speak english, even when they had world tour they barely used the translator. Mark is american so ofc he can speak english, jackson went to international school back in hongkong so ofc he can also speak in english, bambam is also can speak in english, jinyoung can speak english his pronunciation is so good eventho he can understand it easily and so fluent in english, he still shy when he has to speak english. Ultimate guide to got7 is over an hr long but worth the watch this guide had some basics but thats it since it barely scratched the surface however between their crazy damce practices variety shows hard carry 1,2 and 2.5 so funny solo mvs you should watch before lullaby thats all for now but there is much more to these young men
so the group consists of 4 korean members and 3 foreigners, bambam is from thailand, he speaks decent english but like with a little accent, mark is taiwanese american, but the members always teases him a little about his english accent cus hes been in korean for so long that his english have korean accent, for jackson he was born and raised in hong kong china, and he went to an american international school growing up, so his english i would say sounds the most native speaker-like, amid some minor grammar errors here and there. for the korean members their english is pretty good too and they just not afraid of speaking it when needed...

Jackson and Mark are fluent in english, Mark is Chinese American, he sometimes teach Youngjae to speak in english and helps him during international concerts while other more teasing him 🤣 now Jonyung and Bambam is good in english, while others maybe not so confident, but there is big progress. They all are wild and crazy, there is no one "normal" in this group, but JB and Jinyung are called parents, cause they always try to control other 5 kids XD cause they could go too crazy: "THIS IS WHY YOU NEED LEADER JB TO MANAGE GOT7", "GOT7 WHEN: JJP takes their kids out" At first I remember Mark and Jackson cause i watched After school club, where they 2 were often and i loved how wild they were, then little by little i remember them all (i have really bad memory, but since i listen not many groups, maybe not that hard to remember).
Mark and Jackson first languange is English actually. Jackson went to American International School in Hongkong . Mark was from LA so it's his nature to speak English 😄 Bambam, i'm not sure about him but i think he learnt it from Jackson and Mark, and he's pretty much fluent now with all the slangs 😄 Jinyoung also a fast learner, i think he made a huge progress in his English.

In order to get a better feel for the personalities and musical styles of each of the members I would recommend that you listen to the solo songs they did for the album that featured the title track and MV "Lullaby." The songs are available in full length as lyric videos, but they also did mini MVs for the solo songs and the contain "Easter egg" spoilers for to the MV for "Lullaby." Back story - this was during their first world tour (FLY) and JB was n't able to participate in the first stage because he had hurt his back, They did an encore concert in Seoul by which time he was better and was able to perform. It was very emotional for everyone, especially him. These are Yugyeom, Youngjae (under his composer name of ARS) and JB (under his composer name of def.) Jinyoung is an actor, but if you want to see his acting at its best check out "He Is Psychometric" which is completed and he had the lead role. He was also the younger version of the lead (played by Lee Min Ho) in "Legend of the Blue Sea" which is completed and "When My Love Blooms" which is ongoing right now. Part of what GOT7 call their "dark history" is the drama "Dream High 2" starring JB and with Jinyoung in a supporting role and "Dream Knight" which features all of GOT7 and is a bit cheesy but is an Ahgase right of passage. JB and Jinyoung have bigger roles than the other members, but they are all in it. It is a fantasy romance mini drama. I would encourage you to look up who wrote any of the songs you review BEFORE you do the review as many of the more recent MVs were written or produced by or in part by JB. Also many of the great B side songs had composing and production input in part of completely by the other members. ALL the guys are talented. The members have also been very active in creating their choreography. I think Yugyeom (our many dancer) and Jinyoung have been the most involved in that, but so are the others, like Jackson recently with the choreo for "Poison." It is so nice if you can check out the album too, I’m not try to be biased but their albums are masterpieces especially their latest comeback. Btw just fyi, almost all of them can speak english, even when they had world tour they barely used the translator. Mark is american so ofc he can speak english, jackson went to international school back in hongkong so ofc he can also speak in english, bambam is also can speak in english, jinyoung can speak english his pronunciation is so good eventho he can understand it easily and so fluent in english, he still shy when he has to speak english. so the group consists of 4 korean members and 3 foreigners, bambam is from thailand, he speaks decent english but like with a little accent, mark is taiwanese american, but the members always teases him a little about his english accent cus hes been in korean for so long that his english have korean accent, for jackson he was born and raised in hong kong china, and he went to an american international school growing up, so his english i would say sounds the most native speaker-like, amid some minor grammar errors here and there.
for the korean members their english is pretty good too and they just not afraid of speaking it when needed...

Jackson and Mark are fluent in english, Mark is Chinese American, he sometimes teach Youngjae to speak in english and helps him during international concerts while other more teasing him 🤣 now Jonyung and Bambam is good in english, while others maybe not so confident, but there is big progress.
They all are wild and crazy, there is no one "normal" in this group, but JB and Jinyung are called parents, cause they always try to control other 5 kids XD cause they could go too crazy: "THIS IS WHY YOU NEED LEADER JB TO MANAGE GOT7", "GOT7 WHEN: JJP takes their kids out"
At first I remember Mark and Jackson cause i watched After school club, where they 2 were often and i loved how wild they were, then little by little i remember them all (i have really bad memory, but since i listen not many groups, maybe not that hard to remember).

Jackson went to an international school so he spoke English since his young days ( he speaks also Chinese and mandarin, korean and some French and Japanese) bam Bam learnt English with the 2 of them he also learnt Korean just like Mark and Jackson because bam bam is from Thailand. Youngjae Jb Yugyeom Jinyoung are Korean they understand English but cannot really speak it except Jinyoung that is actually improving really fast these years. Jinyoung also learnt Japanese.

In order to get a better feel for the personalities and musical styles of each of the members I would recommend that you listen to the solo songs they did for the album that featured the title track and MV "Lullaby." The songs are available in full length as lyric videos, but they also did mini MVs for the solo songs and the contain "Easter egg" spoilers for to the MV for "Lullaby."

In addition to JJ Project there is another official subunit to GOT7 called JUS2. The members are JB and Yugyeom and the music is more R&B. They release a mini album called Focus and the title track in "Focus On Me." as with the JJ Project (JB and Jinyoung) comeback album Verse 2, the songs for both these units were written by the boys themselves. The MV for their comeback on that album is called "Tomorrow Today." If you listen to earlier JJ Project (commonly referred to as just JJP and that is also the ship name) songs you will note a very different musical style than their newer work. "Bounce" was the title track on their debut album, but I personally prefer "Hooked." GOT7 periodically add those two songs to their concert playlist. In concerts the boys occasionally have mini unit songs. One of my all time favorites is "1:31 am" cowritten and sung by JB and Youngjae the main vocalists. The best and most emotional version is the live on from their seoul concert's final stage. Bring you tissues as it is really emotional. Back story - this was during their first world tour (FLY) and JB was n't able to participate in the first stage because he had hurt his back, They did an encore concert in Seoul by which time he was better and was able to perform. When you're done checking out GOT7 definitely look into JJP, JUS2 and the three members who have soundcloud accounts. These are Yugyeom, Youngjae (under his composer name of ARS) and JB (under his composer name of def.)
Jinyoung is an actor, but if you want to see his acting at its best check out "He Is Psychometric" which is completed and he had the lead role. He was also the younger version of the lead (played by Lee Min Ho) in "Legend of the Blue Sea" which is completed and "When My Love Blooms" which is ongoing right now.
Part of what GOT7 call their "dark history" is the drama "Dream High 2" starring JB and with Jinyoung in a supporting role and "Dream Knight" which features all of GOT7 and is a bit cheesy but is an Ahgase right of passage. JB and Jinyoung have bigger roles than the other members, but they are all in it. It is a fantasy romance mini drama.
I would encourage you to look up who wrote any of the songs you review BEFORE you do the review as many of the more recent MVs were written or produced by or in part by JB. Also many of the great B side songs had composing and production input in part of completely by the other members. ALL the guys are talented.
The members have also been very active in creating their choreography. I think Yugyeom (our many dancer) and Jinyoung have been the most involved in that, but so are the others, like Jackson recently with the choreo for "Poison."
