And don't even get my started on the stupid change they did a while back on phones. I'm glad that change only lasted like one day cause it was awful.

I think the reason that the reddit is filled with so much more hate than the RUclips comments is just because of how each of them function. If you have genuine criticism, you'd probably post it on the reddit if you're a part of it, just because it's way more likely that Jack sees it on the Reddit than in the RUclips comments. If you enjoy a video, you're not going to make a post about how much you liked it, simply because that's not really the place for it.
10:25 I personally do hate change, but i also just hate thing that are horrible. Like, the new profile picture i hated not because it looks bad, i hated it because i was used to the privous one. But the new layout is just terrible, its not something you can get used to. i had that layout for a couple of days a month ago, and i hated it, and now that i see it again, i still hate it. I remember that one thing that i really hated is that i was used to scrolling through comments and looking for more videos to watch on the right at the same time, but with that layout i couldnt do that anymore.
