    Finally, some high level high school tennis. Most of what you see on RUclips of State Championship level tennis, particularly doubles, is embarrassingly bad. These two guys can play, and put on a helluva show.

    Yeah man! You came through again at States bro! Nice video & camera angles to boot. Glad to see another cameraman out there on the courts these days. Keep up the good work Shannon!

      He had a lot of offers but ultimately decided to stay home with a full ride to the University of Hawaii!

      Shannon Chanhthanam I can understand. Being Filo, family comes first. All the best to him and extend my regards to his family.

    I just ralised - Phuc's trophy is taller than Andre's. Why is that?

    • @SCNakatsu
      @SCNakatsu  6 лет назад +1

      Francis Lirios hahaha, those are the team trophies. Being the only Farrington player to place, Andre single handedly took second place behind Iolani who had practically the whole roster contributing points.

      Thanks, Shannon. That is an interesting competition. So the winner is based on points garnered by the team instead of the individual - like the Davis / Fed Cup?

    • @SCNakatsu

      Francis Lirios uhm I'm not sure how to explain it. All of the kids are trying to win the whole tournament individually whether that be singles or doubles. You get a trophy if you place for that as well. But there's also team points accruing as you advance every round.

      Thanks Shannon. Now I get it.. it is good the tournament rewards the team and the individual as well. I am now going through your earlier videos. Good coverage..
