Thanks for the video. I'm going to attempt mine in a Masterbuilt smoker but this definitely helped with seeing how to cut the beef. Seasoning looks real good too!

Thin slices were key, and being consistent helped. Try not to blast them with smoke more than two/three hours, or they may get a bitter taste. Thanks bud. As always, thanks for watching and commenting.

Thank you for taking the time to make and share this video. A comment and a question. First of all, your recipe was off the hook awesome. It's a great basic recipe which is great exactly how it is. To make pepper jerky, I simply sprinkled pepper on it before I smoked it. I have a Bradley Smoker and it worked great on that too. Secondly, my question is, how the heck were you able to get a membership to Restaurant Depot? That really is an amazing price for your Eye of Round. I paid 26 bucks for 4 pounds of meat at Sam's Club. You paid less and got more...

Thank u! So glad you tried it and liked. To get a Restaurant Depot card, first you'll need to join KCBS. Then show your KCBS card to the guys at Restaurant Depot and they'll set you up. RD is Awesome for barbecuers...well, well worth the effort. Good luck bud.

If I pulled an electric knife out to cut up beef my lady would pull my man card from me.

Great video I'll be trying this recipe very soon. If I can't get that cut of meat do you have any other suggestions?

I generally use London Broil when making beef jerky and it works really well also.

Wow....22 bucks? That's a nice price. Haven't seen brisket at that price around here for over a decade! "Big cowboy cuts of beef jerky" Oh heck yeah! Wonderful tutorial, great audio and video. Just a great show all around. Thanks for sharing. Jackie looked like she loved it! Give her a big hug from us over here at The Hacienda and The Cats! All our best to you!
