@@Tcrror Not a chance, LeBron would have been missing free throws, trying to pass to someone else to make the big shot (if it was close enough) an playing no defense. While both MJ an Bird would have been killing. You don't know the old players but you should, it's all out there to educate yourself. MJ & Bird were killers on the court, straight killers. Something LeBron has never been nor ever will be. You really need to go watch their film, they were incredible and incredible when it mattered most. Bird would literally tell the other team exactly what was going to happen, where the pass was coming from, what he was going to do an then he'd do it. An he did that over an over an over. Someone would say something to MJ that he didn't like an a fire was started an he'd torch them until they knew to never talk to him like that again. That too happened over and over and over. It's not close, those two were killers, something LeBron has never been. He's extremely talented but doesn't have the mind they did. It's literally not close. Just go look up their highlights then watch some full games. They were truly incredible.
Ummm...Mike KILLED Stackhouse for that very same reason! Because they were from Carolina. Stack used to say he was going to be the best 2 guard to come out of NC😂 Can't knock his confidence early Stack was a damn PROBLEM FRFR!
All I know from being a 10 year old starting to watch the NBA on my own because to me, what LeBron James is to so many today, to us in Michigan, that was Magic Johnson. The NBA was a BIG MAN'S GAME all my life, until MJ came along. They weren't talking about him in the media as if he was a "King" he wasn't one to "Witness" he was from my memory a very good player, on a terrible Bulls team that was probably going to be disappointed because this was a team game and no 1 guy is going to make the difference and they didn't have a great Big Man. Well, he changed the game, changed minds and left a legacy that 21 years later his name is still arguably at the top of the pile
I mean 1 guy did not make a difference though, they never can. He only started winning in the playoffs with great teammates around him and a great coach.
@@EnViTed1 Jokic won the title without a single All-Star on the team, something that many great players have never accomplished. Jokic achieved all this without the help of the NBA, media and new juice. One player can make the difference. No one dominated like Jordan and that's why 99% of people of all generations consider him the greatest of all time.
Arguably yes. 100% agreed. MJ was the most important player of all time. The Fandom he created for the game and the passion that the next generation had for ball was all because of him. LeBron can thank MJ for who he had to be. Personally, I take LBJ and I don't think it's close... but I totally understand the people who say it's MJ and he is untouchable. LeBron is basketball to me.
You obviously didn’t know how bad of a team the Bulls were the year prior to Jordan. 1 guy did make a difference as a rookie. First year in the NBA he brought them to the playoffs. He took a team that was somewhere between the current raptors and hornets and brought them to a playoff team as a rookie. The more impressive thing as well is LeBron had Carlos Boozer on his team. You want to talk about having NOBODY on your team, ‘84 Bulls was that definition. Orlando Woolridge was Jordan’s “second” on the team. Jordan led his team on Points, Assists, steals AND total rebounds. Everything ran through MJ. He willed his team into the playoffs.
@17:34 What the younger generation has to realise is that what Kevin Willis is talking about is fact. Michael couldn't get to the rim as freely as Lebron can today, period, but he still averaged well above 30pts even though the majority of the lanes were closed. He was going to the basket regardless, not just facilitate or sit out on the perimeter and shoot 3's. He wanted you to think that whatever you do, I'm going to overcome that challenge. He wanted to break you down mentally as well as physically, and he did it without fearing the consequences. Everybody was in awe, including management, coaches, and players alike. He's the most feared man in the NBA to date and could not be dethroned once he became a champion. He was unstoppable, then unbeatable. ... and all in just 13 years.
This is apples and oranges. I'm older, seen both, huge fan of both. It's just different. Also, the argument is emotional which allows for non-representative and biased thinking like finals records. That stat is useless. Why not conference finals stats then? Or first round? You write "Once he became King", thereby ignoring what happened before. In contrast, a whole slew of people claimed that LeBron could never be the GOAT before he even won his first championship. Talk about being emotional and and premature. Furthermore, it is incorrect. He couldn't stay in the league because of whatever, and he was certainly beatable while playing for the Wizards. Also, absurd as it may sound, LeBron is still active, and everyone needs to stop the debate. You cannot compare a retiree with an active player, nor can you compare 13 with 20 career years. Average stats will favor the shorter career, but overall stats will favor the longer career. This incommensurability makes the debate pointless. Together, with Kareem, MJ and LeBron are the three players that can claim the title depending on perspective. Why can't we just enjoy and celebrate their fantastic accomplishments?
@@kevinbuggage9721 I'm good with either three as GOATs. Though, it takes a more complex reasoning to understand LeBron's greatness. Since, it becomes a matter of taste, I like LeBron because I value longevity perhaps a bit more than the other qualities.

The problem is, anybody who played against a prime Mike only played against a young Bron. If they played Bron in his prime, they were pups when they played Mike.
Ray Allen played against, or with both in their prime. Saved Lebrons Legacy by hitting that 3. Bosh got the tip-out. Lebron wasn’t involved at all besides bricking some 3s in the stretch. To me Ray Allen’s opinion holds the most weight.
@@christopherthomas3343 should rewatch that whole game. Then Lebron literally came back in that fourth quarter by himself and then before iconic Real shot Lebron literally came down the court and hit three threes back to back to back it’s a to team sport he wasn’t saved just a role-player playing his part
This is how I know you are a casual who hates Lebron religiously without even watching his games. That game 6 in the 2013 Finals that you are talking about was ONLY close because Lebron exploded with 16 points in the fourth, almost outscoring the Spurs BY HIMSELF (Spurs had 20 points in the 4th) and he was the one that hit the three right before Allen's 3 to cut the lead to 3. If Bron didn't perform spectacularly in that 4th quarter and didn't hit that 3 before Allen's 3, Ray could have hit 3 threes in a row and it still would not have mattered. In conclusion, watch the games and stop regurgitating shitty media takes. @@christopherthomas3343
Two huge factors everybody's failing to mention in this debate is how much more athletically gifted than anyone in any sport that we have ever seen and also on top of that medical staff and advancements of today. One last thing as a human being what is more gratifying honestly living up to expectations or exceeding expectations.
I find it wild that this debate is so toxic in the fanbase, while when you hear players talk about it none of them have a single negative thing to say about either Bron or MJ. But in the larger scheme of things too, why does it matter? All the comparison just kills the ability to enjoy watching great athletes achieve great things
highly agree.. lets be honest tho, a large majority of that hate comes from older generation/MJ fans in general discrediting Bron completely.. "queen James" "fake ring" "6>4" " "crybaby" "flopper" etc etc
I honestly believe the disconnect is bigger than basketball. It's like flat earthers vs globe believers. 1 side questions everything and does in depth out of the box research to make their point while the other just goes with the media and easy narratives
This whole debate about who is the greatest is fun to watch and read. Here is an analogy for you, most employers would consider qualities, duties and responsibilities a requisite but they would also consider soft skills so to speak a must as well. Soft skills as in The intangibles like "Winning", "Clutch", "Defense Stopper", "Taking The Opponents Heart or Playing Mind Games" "Knowing What You're Going To Do And Still Not Being Able to Stop It", "Making The Opponents Coaches and Players Lose Sleep From Game Planning" "A Will To Win" and then you add in the knowledge (K), skill (S), and ability (A). This guy was a 10 time scoring champion the year and 7 of them were straight. Thats on top of winning 2 x 3Peat championships, 9 time All Defensive Team and 1 Defensive Player of the Year. And on and on... he did this in 13 or 14 years and retired twice. So he took breaks in between and still came back and showed why he was the greatest to EVER lace them up. Lebron is an outstanding player and his longevity is remarkable and championships really have nothing to do with the overall greatness.or conversation. When you look at the ( body of work) how he did and who he did it with over a whole career, I have to still give the nod to Jordan.
Oohh i like Gary Payton saying, if he has the killer instinct like Mj everytime he play there is no arguement..well Kobe has the mentality too..Isaiah Thomas comment are funny, we talking about player not a coach sir, making play is the coach role thats why we have great coaches..i feel like bitterness..lol

Jordan made the NBA a worldwide phenomenon. So, put it this way Jordan is to the NBA what Babe Ruth is to MLB is what Ali is to boxing what Gretzky is to NHL and Pele is to soccer. They all made their sport what it is today and people who never saw them play or fight will alway know what they did and who they are.
LeFlopper is great in an era of no-defense 3-pt shooting with wide open lanes to the basket. Jordan played in a defensive era with Detroits Bad Boys and Hall of Fame Centers defending the paint. Jordan played award winning defense. So did Kobe. LeBron floats to superteams and still has trouble winning championships. It’s MJ.
It's comical that you didn't have a clue that LeBron or ?LeFlopper? is a 13x ALL NBA Defensive player. MJ wasn't but a 9x. LeBron's stats destroyed MJ's, except in PPG, steals, and less Turnovers. You may not believe me, but in Europe, if you ask your grandmother, grandfather or child who Lebron James is, very often they don't know. But when you ask about Jordan, even the old grandma knows who he is. All these conversations about who is the best are a bit pointless. In the current era, Lebron is undoubtedly the best. Michael was the best in his era. but I know one thing, the basketball player who has been my biggest inspiration so far is Michael. Think about it, Michael played his last match 21 years ago and everyone is talking about him. I wonder if in 20 years we will be talking about LeBron like Jordan. We have to wait to answer this question
M.J is not only the GOAT player in basketball in any era but GOAT as an athlete and a sports star. Enough said. End this pointless conversation who is the GOAT in basketball. I agree with you. However, MJ was not hungry anymore after his first 3-peat. He was bored. I am not sure MJ would have been able to get his 2nd 3-peat without retiring to go play baseball. If you want a guy that will go get the Win and shut down his opp for $hits and Giggles, if you want a clutch dude that forces his peers to be better then your picking MJ.... When you can make your teammates better, you dont have to go hunting for players to team up with to win.. Checkmate.
@duncanhall7228 of course kobe is the superior player. Most people who actually watch lebron wouldn't have LBJ in their top 5. Lebron isnt even the greatest SF ever. Id pick kobe all day for my team over Lebron not even close. People were afraid when Kobe had the ball cause of how clutch he was. Lebron more than likely doesn't make it and costs them the game or gets bailed out by one of his teammates. And just regular games today people leave lebron open cause they dont believe hed make many 3s. Where's people would never dare leave mj, kobe or bird open anywhere on the court. How can someone not show up so many times in clutch situations and people still think james is the goat or number 2 behind jordan is straight delusional. Its disrespectful to players that have a long history of being clutch and even times where they might lose they gave it their all.

LBJ being the GOAT over MJ is flat-out, the most ridiculous claim I've ever heard in my life. It's the only argument in the world, in any sport or industry where mediocrity (really subpar performance) is celebrated, simply because they were mediocre/subpar longer than the person they've exhaustively tried catching up to their entire career. If this were a competition between two TOP Salesmen in a sales and results driven company (which is what all companies are, or should be anyway), it'd be like saying LBJ is the best sales person ever, simply because he booked more appointments over a longer period of time than anyone else, even though MJ booked plenty of appointments himself, only he also closed the deal at those appointments making more sales, and did so in a much shorter span of time. In fact, his closing percentage is 100%!! MJ closed more sales, with less appointments. Meanwhile, Lebrons is 40%. Sub-par. Yet somehow, some way, is some people's warped minds, they call that greatness. 🤔 🤦🏾♂️ Someone, please...make it make sense. Lebron is a phenomenal player. One of the best ever. But to argue that he is the Greatest of All Time is just asinine. If I'm hiring a closer, I'm paying you to close, to seal the deal, not to book appointments, and lose the damned sale. 🤷🏾♂️

LeBRON never had to play angry, be had to play smarter than everyone because he was hated. MJ and Kobe just came in and played angry due to their draft positions. What LeBRON had to endure from the league, journalist, commentators, writers, former players, playing players and even his teammates was unheard of... he was only 18. It was like being at a slave auction. You have to please your buyers from day one. Look at him now. You tell me he isn't the greatest player ever then Trump is the greatest CEO ever.

This agenda that you are pushing where Lebron has SO MUCH help is absolutely laughable. First 7 years with the Cavs: Best players Big Z and Mo Williams. 4 years with Heat: Wade was great in 2011, good in 2012, and bad after those 2 years. For reference, he avged only 15/5 in the playoffs on 45% FG in 2013. Bosh was good for 1 year (2011), and was terrible after that. He only played 14/23 playoff games in 2012, where he avged 14/7. In 2013, he pretty much fell off completely and only put up 12/7 on 45% FG in the playoffs. 4 Years with Cavs: Ran into Warriors Dynasty first 2 years, then KD Warriors next 2 years. Kyrie was only great in 2016/2017 playoffs and Love put up similar stats to Bosh in 2012. At best, Lebron has had All-time teams in only 4 years of his 21 year career. (2011 and 2012 Heatles + 2016 and 2017 Cavs).
You can't use a team accomplishment to justify who is better. Kobe didn't lead any 3-Peats. The question really should be how is MJ the GOAT. Who did he beat, what other great shooting guards did he play against, and how long was his greatness?

So back in the day muscle bound players was able to throw you out of the air, on top your head and poke in your eyes 👀 every game. Do yall think he could’ve played back then and not been bothered by the referees only calling regular fouls (No Flagrant Foul) when MJ played. Do yall really think King James would have stayed focused ? You’re Kidding if you’re answer is YES😭😭😭😭😭😭
I thought this argument was done with. I don't even know how this comparison is valid. GOATS don't come home with bronze medals. GOATS don't lose championships. GOATS don't switch teams to chase a ring, they win with the team they got. GOATS don't brick when an important game is on the line. And last but not least, GOATS don't say they're the GOAT, people say it.
You said people need to say it? LeBron is the GOAT. There, I said it. Most talented all around player to ever play the game, accolades aside. Statistically better in every category than Jordan (I'm talking individual stats). It is a debate, because there are many good reasons to put LeBron at the very top. 8 straight Finals appearances with 8 mediocre to bad teams. Coming back from 3-1 in the Finals against the greatest regular season team of all time. All time leading scorer. Top 10 in about every major statistical category. Can play and has played every position on the court at a high level, something Jordan could not do. The fastest, most athletic 6'8", 250 pound human the world has ever seen. Still playing at a superstar level at 39 years old, something literally nobody, not Jordan, not Kareem, nobody has ever done before.
Meanwhile, Jordan couldn't get out of the first round of the playoffs until Scottie Pippen came along. Jordan wasn't 6 for 6 on Finals, he was 6 for 15 with a ton of 1st and 2nd round exits.
There is a clear cut reason why the VAST majority of the basketball community has declared Michael Jordan as The GOAT. This is not a legitimate debate. The better debate is between Kobe vs Lebron.
There really isn't. The competition is significantly harder, the defensive plays are significantly more sophisticated and effective, the league is more athletic, every single person on every single championship level team has to be a 3pt shooter, and big men have to guard them. It's a dumb argument. It's literally impossible to compare the two. Think about how many teams since mjs bulls have even gone back to back champs? That's not just because Jordan is so much better than everyone else. He didn't have the same competition. Not even close. He was on the most dominant team in the league for like 10 years. There is no unanimous best team, and there are teams that were much much much more talented than the MJ bills. And LeBron Beat just about all of them.
@@moresomoze literally everything you said is a hypothetical and impossible to prove....which is the life blood of LeBron stans in this debate. Ray Allen is so right. Gary Payton and Kevin Willis had a very good take on the subject too. Wally Szczerbiak also hit it on the head about Jordan, "every time he had to win a game, he did and his mental game was second to none" and he played with Lebron. MJ 6 titles with the same team. Probably would have had a couple more if he wouldn't have walked away for a year and a half in his PRIME. Lebron had to stack his team to win 2 of his and wasn't even the best player for his last title, it was Anthony Davis that year.
Easy comparison if you ask lifelong Cavs fans over 40 yrs old. Jordon destroyed great Cavs teams in 90s. Lebron kept coming up short with Cavs until 2016. But 1-4 record in the Finals playing for the Cavs was not even close to MJ domination.
stop it with "he makes guys around him better bs". Wade spilled the beans on LBJ during an interview, LBJ struggled trying to play a different way. His athleticisms covered the struggle until the finals against Dallas. No strong coach to check his ego, reducing players game so he can shine is what Luca is doing now. If he is the best player and makes people around him better then why did everyone else chip teams win more on his watch?
No excuses here but I feel Lebron not having great coaches and a good system lead him to creating his own system which like you said Luka is doing also harden and Russ did it… the ima do it all system.. I always wondered how lebron would have been if he played under a system.. feel like he could have been scoring champ a lot if he didn’t focus on the passes

According to ChatGPT here is is what it suggest as the answer Ranking these NBA legends is always a challenge, but here’s an informed list based on overall career impact, achievements, individual dominance, and influence on the game: 1. Michael Jordan Accolades: 6x NBA Champion, 6x Finals MVP, 5x MVP, 10x Scoring Champion Why #1? Widely regarded as the GOAT, Jordan revolutionized basketball both on and off the court. His dominance in the clutch, undefeated Finals record (6-0), and ability to win consistently under pressure make him the ultimate icon in NBA history. 2. LeBron James Accolades: 4x NBA Champion, 4x Finals MVP, 4x MVP, All-time leading scorer Why #2? LeBron’s versatility, longevity, and ability to impact all facets of the game are unmatched. His 10 NBA Finals appearances over three different franchises demonstrate his ability to lead teams to success across eras. He’s the most well-rounded player ever, combining scoring, passing, rebounding, and leadership. 3. Magic Johnson Accolades: 5x NBA Champion, 3x Finals MVP, 3x MVP Why #3? Magic revolutionized the point guard position with his 6’9” frame, court vision, and incredible leadership. He was the key orchestrator of the "Showtime" Lakers and remains one of the greatest playmakers in history. 4. Bill Russell Accolades: 11x NBA Champion, 5x MVP Why #4? Russell’s 11 NBA Championships speak for themselves. His defensive dominance and leadership turned the Boston Celtics into the greatest dynasty ever. Though his offensive stats don’t stand out, his impact on the game, particularly defensively, makes him a top-tier legend. 5. Wilt Chamberlain Accolades: 2x NBA Champion, 4x MVP, 7x Scoring Champion, 100-point game Why #5? Wilt’s sheer dominance is evident in his mind-boggling stats (e.g., scoring 100 points in a game, averaging 50 points over a season). His combination of scoring, rebounding, and athletic ability redefined what a center could do, although his success in championships falls short of some others on this list. 6. Larry Bird Accolades: 3x NBA Champion, 2x Finals MVP, 3x MVP Why #6? Bird was one of the greatest shooters and smartest players ever. His fierce competitiveness, ability to deliver in clutch moments, and versatile skills as a shooter, rebounder, and passer made him one of the most dominant forces in the NBA during the 1980s. 7. Kobe Bryant Accolades: 5x NBA Champion, 2x Finals MVP, 1x MVP Why #7? Kobe’s offensive brilliance and “Mamba Mentality” earned him his place among the all-time greats. His work ethic, scoring ability, and clutch performances made him a global icon. However, compared to Jordan, LeBron, and others, his overall career achievements and efficiency fall slightly short. 8. Tim Duncan Accolades: 5x NBA Champion, 3x Finals MVP, 2x MVP Why #8? The "Big Fundamental" was the anchor of the San Antonio Spurs dynasty. Duncan’s quiet but dominant approach led to unparalleled consistency, both offensively and defensively, over two decades. His ability to lead and sustain success earns him a top-10 spot. 9. Stephen Curry Accolades: 4x NBA Champion, 2x MVP, 1x Finals MVP Why #9? Curry is the greatest shooter in NBA history and revolutionized the game with his range, accuracy, and movement. His impact on how modern basketball is played cannot be overstated, as he changed the entire league’s approach to offense. His achievements in winning 4 titles and becoming a two-time MVP solidify his legacy. 10. Kevin Durant Accolades: 2x NBA Champion, 2x Finals MVP, 1x MVP Why #10? Durant is one of the most talented scorers ever, combining size, skill, and shooting ability like no other. His back-to-back Finals MVPs and scoring prowess make him one of the best offensive players in history. However, he lacks the leadership and overall impact of some higher-ranked players. 11. Jerry West Accolades: 1x NBA Champion, 1x Finals MVP, 1x Scoring Champion Why #11? "The Logo" remains one of the greatest guards of all time, known for his clutch performances and all-around skills. While he lost in the Finals several times, his consistency, scoring ability, and leadership still make him one of the NBA’s all-time greats.
ray allen is the bridge to the conversation of LBJ as Goat. If ray allen ddnt hit that 3's, lebron will have 3 championship, Tim Duncan have 6 rings, and Lebron is 0-3 vs Duncan, do you still call LBJ a goat with these variables? NOPE, not even close. Jayson Williams, if the game is for fun, lebron.. if the game is for the win MJ.
People don’t realize how lebron has changed with the game and still remained as a top 3 player if not 1 every year. Many players have a consistent game and for him to be diverse in any position and change with the rules and remain elite and even this year how he’s performing it’s insane
Aries Spears said it best and im paraphrasing "The East was at it's peak when MJ played and it's worst when LeBron first came in. For years the Eastern Conference was known as the Leastern Conference."
I hate these conversations because anyone who played against both didn’t play against Jordan during his prime years. These types of debates makes better sense between Kobe and lebron

Jordan was known as “black jesus” he didn’t need to be “king” and ppl would pack out gyms just to go watch Jordan practice😂
9 out of 10 of these players didn't have the prime Jordan experience, they are taking about playing Jordan before his first 3 peat
Majority of these guys didn’t face LeBron in his prime either. 13-18’ he was at his absolute best.

This is how I know you are a casual who hates Lebron religiously without even watching his games.
That game 6 in the 2013 Finals that you are talking about was ONLY close because Lebron exploded with 16 points in the fourth, almost outscoring the Spurs BY HIMSELF (Spurs had 20 points in the 4th) and he was the one that hit the three right before Allen's 3 to cut the lead to 3. Isiah admit that LeBron watched Mike...he knew exactly how he wanted to play but realized he could never Be Like Mike
Two huge factors everybody's failing to mention in this debate is how much more athletically gifted than anyone in any sport that we have ever seen and also on top of that medical staff and advancements of today. One last thing as a human being what is more gratifying honestly living up to expectations or exceeding expectations.
Gotta work hard either way though. But you're right.
Also the biggest advancements have probably been in shoes. Shoes alone account for most of the increased speeds in running.
With that logic, the people LeBron are playing should also have the advancements… so why is he the only one with such feats other than Kareem?
Gary Payton said it best when referring to Jordan. "We called him Black Jesus for a reason"
He also said lebron was better than Jordan

They all made their sport what it is today and people who never saw them play or fight will alway know what they did and who they are.

Karl Malone would never give Jordan such props because Jordan took what he believe is his glory. Isiah Thomas is personally against M.J for not being part and parcel of that 1992 Dream Team. So you can see why they would to go to Lebron. Lebron has melt down in an important game sitting on the edge of the bench and not speaking to any one. How could this be leadership qualities. As a captain of a ship you called to command and go down with your ship, which he didn't. M.J left and return twice. The first time needs no words but 3peat. The second time raising the quality of Wizards with far less quality players. Lebron has always had great support. Kobe has received and kept 2nd place and shown his leadership. 🤷🏾♂️
People forget that MJ was not only the best offensive player in the league but the best defensive player in the league as well.
No tf he was not… he wasn’t even the best defender on his team
Jordan is the goat then Kobe second then lebron third . Artest spoke right and AI said it best just like I would. I grew up watching all three and that’s why I ranked them in that order .
The longevity argument is weak. To me its like they're saying he's not as good, but he was not as good for a lot longer. That aint no GOAT. 😂
Preach bro!
I can't take anyone serious who:
A. makes a comment about GOAT stats in Basketball, but the audacity to insert Donald Trump's name in the same commen!
A. Has the audacity to put Lebron in the GOAT debate when we all know Lebron is better than MJ at one thing and one thing only...

So if you were an employer of a business. You have your two best employees. One shows up most of the the time and the other sometimes. Who is getting the management position? The one that shows up almost all the time. 😅😅
Never a 3-peat with all of that talent surrounding him.. MJ and Kobe are next level the question should be who is better Steph or Lebron?
This agenda that you are pushing where Lebron has SO MUCH help is absolutely laughable.
First 7 years with the Cavs:
Best players Big Z and Mo Williams.
4 years with Heat:
Wade was great in 2011, good in 2012, and bad after those 2 years.
4 Years with Cavs:
Ran into Warriors Dynasty first 2 years, then KD Warriors next 2 years.
Kyrie was only great in 2016/2017 playoffs and Love put up similar stats to Bosh in 2012.
At best, Lebron has had All-time teams in only 4 years of his 21 year career. (2011 and 2012 Heatles + 2016 and 2017 Cavs).

Question ?? To All the King James Fans. Do you think it was easy to score in this today Era or back in the day.
That part
Preach.

Can someone tell me how is Bron's career flawless?
Bron's the ultimate flopper. Best to ever do it.
Flawless as in hes still very good at 39 an hes been doing it since the early 00s
No it isn’t. Lebron is obviously much better than Kobe
@@moresomoze literally everything you said is a hypothetical and impossible to prove....which is the life blood of LeBron stans in this debate. You don't have actual, verifiable data so you make stuff up in your heads to convince yourself that LeBron is that guy. He isn't. Stop pretending. Look at the actual data and you'll see that Jordan is leaps and bounds ahead of him.

Jason Williams favors passing to Winning lol
tracy said it right each era is different they both the goat
Goat debates never ends...
LeBron passed the egg test back in 08, he played two quarters before the egg cracked
The best answer came from Grant Hill. Jordan is his GOAT but we cannot invalidate what Bron has done for the game
If Shane battier called MJ a queen on the chessboard how you think he’d react? Lol
@@StevenRodriguez-jz9gx he never wanted a system. Had plenty of opportunities but played his way because he wanted all the accolades.

Ranking these NBA legends is always a challenge, but here’s an informed list based on overall career impact, achievements, individual dominance, and influence on the game:
1. Michael Jordan
Accolades: 6x NBA Champion, 6x Finals MVP, 5x MVP, 10x Scoring Champion
Why #1? Widely regarded as the GOAT, Jordan revolutionized basketball both on and off the court. His dominance in the clutch, undefeated Finals record (6-0), and ability to win consistently under pressure make him the ultimate icon in NBA history.
2. LeBron James
Accolades: 4x NBA Champion, 4x Finals MVP, 4x MVP, All-time leading scorer
Why #2? LeBron’s versatility, longevity, and ability to impact all facets of the game are unmatched. His 10 NBA Finals appearances over three different franchises demonstrate his ability to lead teams to success across eras. He’s the most well-rounded player ever, combining scoring, passing, rebounding, and leadership.
3. Magic Johnson
Accolades: 5x NBA Champion, 3x Finals MVP, 3x MVP
Why #3? Magic revolutionized the point guard position with his 6’9” frame, court vision, and incredible leadership. He was the key orchestrator of the "Showtime" Lakers and remains one of the greatest playmakers in history.
4. Bill Russell
Accolades: 11x NBA Champion, 5x MVP
Why #4? Russell’s 11 NBA Championships speak for themselves. His defensive dominance and leadership turned the Boston Celtics into the greatest dynasty ever. Though his offensive stats don’t stand out, his impact on the game, particularly defensively, makes him a top-tier legend.
5. Wilt Chamberlain
Accolades: 2x NBA Champion, 4x MVP, 7x Scoring Champion, 100-point game
Why #5? Wilt’s sheer dominance is evident in his mind-boggling stats (e.g., scoring 100 points in a game, averaging 50 points over a season). His combination of scoring, rebounding, and athletic ability redefined what a center could do, although his success in championships falls short of some others on this list.
6. Larry Bird
Accolades: 3x NBA Champion, 2x Finals MVP, 3x MVP
Why #6? Bird was one of the greatest shooters and smartest players ever. His fierce competitiveness, ability to deliver in clutch moments, and versatile skills as a shooter, rebounder, and passer made him one of the most dominant forces in the NBA during the 1980s.
7. Kobe Bryant
Accolades: 5x NBA Champion, 2x Finals MVP, 1x MVP
Why #7? Kobe’s offensive brilliance and “Mamba Mentality” earned him his place among the all-time greats. His work ethic, scoring ability, and clutch performances made him a global icon. However, compared to Jordan, LeBron, and others, his overall career achievements and efficiency fall slightly short.
8. Tim Duncan
Accolades: 5x NBA Champion, 3x Finals MVP, 2x MVP
Why #8? The "Big Fundamental" was the anchor of the San Antonio Spurs dynasty. Duncan’s quiet but dominant approach led to unparalleled consistency, both offensively and defensively, over two decades. His ability to lead and sustain success earns him a top-10 spot.
9. Stephen Curry
Accolades: 4x NBA Champion, 2x MVP, 1x Finals MVP
Why #9? Curry is the greatest shooter in NBA history and revolutionized the game with his range, accuracy, and movement. His impact on how modern basketball is played cannot be overstated, as he changed the entire league’s approach to offense. His achievements in winning 4 titles and becoming a two-time MVP solidify his legacy.
10. Kevin Durant
Accolades: 2x NBA Champion, 2x Finals MVP, 1x MVP
Why #10? Durant is one of the most talented scorers ever, combining size, skill, and shooting ability like no other. His back-to-back Finals MVPs and scoring prowess make him one of the best offensive players in history. However, he lacks the leadership and overall impact of some higher-ranked players.
11. Jerry West
Accolades: 1x NBA Champion, 1x Finals MVP, 1x Scoring Champion
Why #11? "The Logo" remains one of the greatest guards of all time, known for his clutch performances and all-around skills. While he lost in the Finals several times, his consistency, scoring ability, and leadership still make him one of the NBA’s all-time greats.
