This is the most ridiculously stupid, over-engineered piece of c**p I've ever used. I want to cook, I turn it on and cook. Why do I have to unlock, choose the hob, set the temperature, etc, etc???? You'd be starving by the time you'd worked it all out. So glad I'm only using it in a rental property. Nothing could ever persuade me to buy one!

That happened to me only once! I had to shut down my electricity board and switch on again (switch by switch) and afterwards the stove worked again. Good luck🤞

This is the worse of the worse. Turn on a burner shouldn't require these many steps. This ridiculous, dump, stupidest design in a stove. Your customers should be compensated for the frustration, and given a new stove that has a proper design 😡😫😩😫
@@mariarita0211 sorry, I was referring to the manufacturer of this overly engineered, overly unnecessary complicated piece of garbage. An electric stove, or cooktop it's a simple appliance that doesn't require this much complications.
@@rebecapowers indeed the design is confusing. But well... We gotta work with what we have. I keep it basic and don't use the timer for instance. Good luck :)

I feel you! It's not my favorite stove but it came with my house so I gotta work with it. I guess you get used to it with time and it does the job...

What do you do if you want more than one area on for cooking?
You just press the "button" which corresponds to the area you want to use (1 or 2 seconds) and press + to choose how hot you want it to be.

I never used the timer... If you do the steps as I showed you, I believe you're not using the timer...

Sim! Basta colocar o dedo em cima do botão junto à chavinha por uns segundos e sai o sinal de bloqueio.
