the "youve only killed one of me" part makes sense, as in the new summer update (came out today) i found lana in two different spots. the first we could see her peeking into a window behind a tree while during the game. the second, is on the runway in a pool floatie. in both of these places, we can only see her head. my theory is that she has finally come back and is planning to take revenge on gigi. that is my theory and my story.
edit: i found out in the new summer lobby has a window, and when you look out there you see multiple lanas out there. it also scared the crap out of me bc i was in first person looking for hidden easter eggs xd

My theory:
Lana belonged to one of the below averaged family where she didnt had much money she has a chronic disease but doesn't have enough money to pay her medical debt. So this girl named Gigi (owner of dti) saw Lana and u could say spyed on her a lil to know more about her. Then one day Lana met Gigi, Gigi convinced Lana to be the nail salon worker but Lana doesn't wanna do the work Gigi offered her but Gigi forced her until Gigi remembered she has a chronic disease so, to lore Lana Gigi said she will pay her medical debt if she worked at the nails tech. Lana immediately accepted but Gigi instead manupilated her and let her work for a few months. After a few months Gigi used one of the poisons thats use on nails on Lana and took her to a cellar and left her there for a few hrs. After a few hrs Gigi put Lana on an abandoned hospital bed and cut her hair off then Gigi started surgering on Lana as Lana got on Gigi's nerve as she denied many times. Gigi made a clone/doppel ganger of Lana and placed the doppel ganger in the salon. But after the surgeries Lana wa still alive.. at night when the dti store is closed and nobody is at the salon. Lana sneaks into the salon and writes in a diary she found so the players in dti can see and help her escape the madness. Lana still doesn't feel safe around dti players as they playhe dti game made by Gigi, when. The dti players and youtubers helped Lana a bit (I think) Lana then wrote in her bio as she had no space in her diary. She said at last coded sentence she will get revenge so means that she will get revenge on all of us and even the owners of dti especially Gigi.
(ALSO THE PART OF THE CELLAR ON WHEN THEY CUT HER HAIR OFF IS THE POSTER IN THE DTI NAIL SALON!!)

She also got accepted into fashion school! A few years later Gigi asked her to join dress to impress and work as their nail lady! Everything was going well Laura and Layla were designing clothes and got some good amount of money, and then one day Lana got a lot of money and then Gigi asked her to join the awakening it was actually a good place until One day Laura just snapped because they started losing money and got fired! Then Lana was everywhere on the news on tv everywhere you will here about Lana, then one day Lana was sleeping and then Laura killled Lana because she envied her so much! Then Laura pretended to be Lana started writing in her diary and started exposing secrets about the awakening and then Laura killed all the people on the “missing posters” and then Gigi kicked “Lana” out and then The doppelgänger is Layla, then Laura started making the games”Forest” and then she lied that Gigi did all of this horrible stuff to her meanwhile it was Laura then Laura became the leader of the awakening and made it horrible and hide Gigi somewhere and even hacked her account, when the profile of dress to impress changed is because Laura hacked the account and then when the first questionnaire happened it was Laura , the eyepatch everything was all Laura and then Layla trapped Laura and then she pretended to be Lana and that’s she was so confused and everything and that’s why it was all colourful because she wanted to need this and now Laura is plotting something against Layla and Gigi We will have to wait and see what is going to happen next. Yeah that’s my theory!

For those who don’t know who Lana is. Lana is the girl that used to sit in the chair and do peoples nails. But she is unhappy because people don’t say her real name, if you look in her diary you should see a game Id if you put it in it’s a account called lanadoesnails and she has three games, if you play one of them you can unlock a buttoned up dress that appears to not be done yet. If you were playing dress to impress at that time you would know that her chair was knocked down, boxes were placed on the floor. If you go to the area where the knocked down nail polish is you would’ve seen her in a cage with one saying Lana 1 and Lana 2. As if right now that area was deleted and her cage is gone. You might know that the meat room is gone and the other meat room in the lobby is also gone a new nail lady has came and she also has an account she is basically talking about how Lana and Lina used to be friends before but Lana stole her place from her so she locked her in a cage. And Gigi is holding her captive if you walk into the grass near the map their is an old Dress to impress photo of what it looks like Lana being watched but Lana actually went to an hospital to get her cancer treatment but unfortunately she couldn’t pay her bills so Gigi offered the job for her but she is not allowed to tell them about what’s going on and she did so Gigi locked her up so she could never talk about it again
Plot twist: Gigi is running Lana’s account and created all of this and pretend to be Lana and the people which Lana ‘killed’ so dress to impress could get more popular and people could talk about it more

“Saudade” is actually means miss like in a sentence “I miss you” and idk it says that in the video but it’s actually a word in Portuguese or Spanish (I think it is also on Spanish) I know this because I am fluent in Portuguese so maybe the lore has something to do with a member being another language.
In the summer update, goto the judges room in free play and you will find a pic of Lana and a flesh monster. There's a flesh room aswell.

They were having a meeting and Nelly and Nathan wanted everything to stop since there were sacrifices being made which they didn’t like. No one was there to protect Lana and the players disagreed to help Lana so they stabbed her in the middle of her chest. Her last words were “I thought you trusted me Nelly” and then she died.. How this all started was by a member called Jasmine, she spread rumours about people being negative and being a traitor to Lana which has caused 3 souls to be sacrificed by Lana. This doesn’t mean that it is the end of the lore. Lana will come back on the Halloween update which is great because I don’t think dress to impress would be interesting as much as it is now. Hope you understand!

So at a very young age, Lana got diagnosed with a chronic disease, and Gigi promised to pay the medical bills. Years later Diarben gave her a job as the nail tech. So Lana obviously accepted so she could get the money to pay, ever since Gigi lied about paying. Months later she kept getting sick from the fumes and nasty chemicals in the nail polish. So she had a long-term break…but Motoprincess wanted revenge for going on a break, and turned Lana into a robot… but Lana also wanted revenge. So when Motoprincess left, Gigi killed her. So Lana took the body thinking she died from depression in Motoprincesses childhood.

So she ran away from home and found Gigi. Gigi looked after her and gave her a job when Moto turned 17. And when she found Lana, she thought she would never quit and trusted her. But when Lana went on a long-term break, she got mad and was going to get revenge! So she turned Lana into a robot. When she walked out the room, Gigi killed her. But Lana thought wrong…

Lana was in the hospital, and Gigi promised Lana to pay…but she didn’t. So Lana got sicker and sicker by the day. Not by the sickness…by the fumes in the nail polish! But…Gigi met Sadie… and Sadie hated Lana from there passed together… So then Sadie passed…Gigi was depressed then because they were in a partnership. But who killed Sadie? Lana, you see Lana was also depressed from her childhood…

So Lana was really sick in the hospital, so Gigi sent letters to her, and one letter was hiring her. And Diarben sent her a video about the salon. But… Lana sadly passed…and her spirit was talking to them, making them believe she’s still alive…and the girl at the desk isn’t her…
Sadie
As you know Lana and Sadie had a bad past. So Lana killed her…And guess who the person at the desk is? Sadie…when Sadie got killed, she turned into a Doppelgänger. To get revenge on Motoprincess…you know why? Because Moto and Lana had an amazing bond, and she wanted to get revenge! But…Gigi actually killed Motoprincess instead of Lana. So Sadie got mad. And slowly harmed herself (the doppelgänger)…

When I was playing DTI today (b4 I found out about the Lana lore and when I came back after not playing for a while) I saw Lana / a doppelgänger in one of the floaters for the runway in the summer update, I got so confused 💀😭

if you look at Lana’s diary,( target list) you will see diarben’s name underlined, with a context added: My creator. I’m guessing diarben is the manager of Lana, aka who is behind all of these “runway agency.” As in the video, diarben, wrote a memo saying one of the rules are she can’t escape. Well, after Lana knowing the biggest dark side of this agency, she tried to escape. Although she failed and was taken with the “ consequences.” I’m also guessing that is the exact same thing that happend to motoprinncess. After this “ consequence”, Gigi killed Lana. Although, somehow, her soul is still there and was transferred to her clone and was well manipulated and was made to obey and think the same as Diarben. Although, some were in her soul, still has the strength to spread and speak about this incident.
