There’s affirmations being read you can hear if you listen closely but it’s not super obvious. due to this our subconscious picks up on it and the subconscious mind believes whatever it’s told to believe. This is why thoughts matter when we tell ourselves wow I’m awesome I’m so good at doing this we gain confidence and believe in our core thoughts we’re good at it. When we do the opposite of that and say wow I suck at this we begin to believe that as a core belief. Subliminal’s flood the subconscious with positive thoughts aimed at specific things depending on what you listen to that help create lasting positive thoughts you can use to better your life in many ways. It isn’t a cure all but they help so so much.
