I reluctantly bought a frozen durian today and thawed it out, at first the smell made me think of fresh paint. When I tasted it the first thing I noticed was amazing creamyness, then a sweet coffee liqueur- hazelnut mousse flavor. I was amazed. My family thought it tasted like gasoline but not me. After enjoying it the smell stopped reminding me of wet paint and instead smelled like dried pears, I actually found it pleasant afterwards
Please publish a book on your favorite places for Durian & how to bargain with sellers to get fruits at cheap rate etc...Tips & tricks etc

I've just come across and subscribed to your channel. I love your videos! I've recently started to transition to an organic life style and it hasn't been easy. My parents raised us on mcdonalds and pizza, chemically infested hygiene products, fluoride filled tap water etc. I was set up to fail and the transition has been so extremely difficult. Your videos have really been an eye opener and helped me so much! Thank you!
Have you guys thought about going down to Belen, Peru? the tropical fruits coming out of the amazon are sold there in this HUGE fruit market. check it out because if you are looking for more adventure with different fruits.... THIS may be something you would like.

I always love how you try to describe the taste so we can imagine it. Unfortunately when I was in Thailand I tried only one durian and it tasted like straight up onions and I never tried it again..

I don't know its call Durian Rainbow, but at our place(Limbang, Sarawak) we call it Durian Otak Udang @ Shrimp Brains Durian..hahaha sound funny, maybe because the colour like the shrimp brains,that's how it got that name,.we also have it and its very expensive if we sell it^^
When is the durian season in Sarawak? My last trip to Sarawak is 20 years ago.

How long ago did you shoot this? We're in Sarawak right now but there are no taraps or durians here and people laugh at us when we ask for it. The Dabai is also very limited and not that great quality :'(
