Recent subscriber here. I just wanted to say I love how informational your videos are and you are so calming and soft spoken. I was quite interested in hearing more about importing plants (which is how I found your channel). I know I haven't watched ALL your videos yet, don't worry, I will :) but it's nice to see that generally, you seem to have good luck with the companies/growers you purchase from. I know SOME plants, no matter how safely/well packaged and cared for before shipping can still have problems, but I also think it's kind of neat to be able to feel like you've nursed them back to health (where you can) and saved them. That's why I love plants so much in the first place. The process of their growth and getting to be a part of it (NOT watching them suffer) LOL You've chosen BEAUTIFUL plants and you and your home look beautiful as well. Sorry this was so long and THANK YOU!

I’ve been binging your videos lately and love them! Do you have a pothos soil recipe? Mine have dry brown and yellow spots on their leaves and I think they might have root rot or fungus. I’m pretty good with not overwatering but I think the soil might not be draining well.

I have philo luxurians and i am left with 1 leaf out if 5 after i received it and the very last one also is on its way out. Waroqueanums are very finicky in my opinion. I had mine in water after i received it and it started to rot after a few days so i immediately moved it into leca with a tiny bit of water to keep it from rotting stuck it in my rudsta cabinet and that worked better compared to when in full water only. Now it is finally rooting.

Hello! I’ve seen this site mentioned before and when I went to pay it asked for a bank wire transfer. Is that the same company you used? Could you actually link the site you ordered from?
Hey Chelsea! Oh shoot you're right I forgot to link their website, I'll add it in the description box, it's tropicalsplants .com. At checkout it'll list "bank transfer" as the payment method but they also accept Paypal. I placed my order, then emailed them with my order number and let them know I want to pay with Paypal and they send the Paypal invoice to my email.

Hi Christine! I ordered a queen through another Ecuador company, but the leaves have been slowly dying since last weekend when I picked them up. There is now just one more leaf that is doing ok. Do you have any recommendations for what I can do to help it better acclimate?

Whatever happened to your succulents and cacti, have not seen them in a while
They're outside on our back patio, everyones doing great, except our squirrel ate most of my Lithops, which was ultimately my fault for not moving them indoors. 😩😂 Luckily all the Malachite Lithops and Euphobia Obesa are safe on my windowsill in the plant room. I'll have to do a video on them, Fall is the perfect time to repot Lithops.
