well for the places that gives permission it's a good deal: they get free promotion on the channels of two massive streamers AND their images gets a positive boost at the same time. People love companies that show some compassion and accomodate people who aren't well. Ofc it'll feel good for the people in the company too.

You basically would ask for bakery to stop any other cake production for the day (unless you are fine with waiting untill more "free" time when there isnt many orders) but yeah.. multiple layers cost usually a lot and if its supposed to be exactly those flowers.. yeh thats also custom order since most bakeries dont have time nor manpower to spare for it (thats experience in eastern european bakery. Idk about US)
