- This is a nice song that I haven't played often. It is solo piano - at just a leisurely tempo.

Hi Doug - there's another RUclips channel ripping off content from your channel and presenting it on RUclips and on Spotify without acknowledging you as the artist: ruclips.net/video/5749TCdQR5E/видео.html
Are you aware of this? I've reported them to RUclips but RUclips haven't done anything about it. I've been subscribing to your channel for almost 10 years now and feel very annoyed by this blatant form of intellectual property theft. The least they could do was acknowledge you as the creator. Perhaps you should consider adding audio watermarks to your content.

Thanks for pointing this out. This is not the first time that a similar thing has happened - the songs on the youtube compilation have been recorded from my solo piano midi files that are freely available on my website and elsewhere. They appeared as compilations on youtube, and also on spotify and itunes and could be downloaded as CDs for sale under a variety of made up pianist's names. The people behind these schemes are very slippery. When challenged they threatened heavy legal action. Reporting and complaining to youtube, spotify and itunes seemed to eventually cause the material to be removed, though I suspect that much of it is still there under a different name
