OMG!! I called this dish bread polao all these years. When we were in school, a friend of mine used to bring it regularly and fun lied in stealing it from his box and replacing it with something else.

Or leave it in the freeze to dry also. That also helps. ☺️☺️

Recipe:
Bread - 5 slice
Cut into pieces
Butter - 2 tsp
Garlic - 2 cloves (finely chopped)
Chilli - 1 slit
Spring onion - 2 tbsp (chopped)
Saute well
Onion - half (chopped)
Saute well
Carrot - half (chopped)
Cabbage - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Capsicum - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Salt - ¼th tsp
Stir fry
Don't over cook
Tomato - 2 (finely chopped)
Saute well
Soft and mushy
Pav bhaji masala - 1 tsp
Salt - ¼th tsp
Saute well
Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
Saute well
Add bread pieces
Mix
Coriander - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
DONE
