I'm not Theo, but lobes first is a good way to get used to the pain and the proper care for piercings (saline solution, no twisting, not touching the piercing). Then a septum would hurt the least after that, if a septum is pierced correctly it should not hurt much. Healing for lip piercings is a bit difficult because of eating, but I found my vertical labret didnt hurt at all. All of the non lobe ear piercings will be an absolutely bitch to heal, and they will hurt a lot

That mouthwash has chlorohexidine in it which is an antiseptic, you can get cheaper brands that do it, it just has to contain chlorohexidine. its what my dentist prescribes for infected wisdom teeth.

I’m getting snake bites lip piercings soon I’m so excited, I’m getting them done again after having to take them out , I’ve had them out for almost a year and because they got done bad and infected and I can’t wait to get them back ❤️😁 only 16 more days until my appointment ❤️

Oh my gosh I hate when people get those crooked angled piercings then call it snake bite. I was around when the real snake bite came out. They are both vertical and LOOK LIKE SNAKE FANGS COMING OUT! Vertical/ Symetrical.
they say not to use contact saline solution, but wound saline solution, because it's too harsh/has too many chemicals or smthn, but literally all of what you were saying abt eating is what im experiencing!!! I've gotten so fed up to the point where, if i have to chew anything, i hold my lip out while chewing with my mouth open basically lmaoo. i have to say smoothies or porridge is where it's at man, although i am getting sick of my oatmeal ngl lmaoo
@@samufaus2 abt a week after i got my piercings it was much *much* easier to eat! I started eating more regular-ish foods again, and about two weeks after I was back to normal lol. I still bite my piercings every now n then and it hurts like a bitch on my teeth (I need to get them switched to rings tbh but I'm broke lmao) but other than that no problems! I love them to pieces :) and they're surprisingly easy to take care of
I have a question! When you want to change jewlery at the piercer, do you bring your own jewlry? Or do you have to buy the super overpriced jewlery they sell at the shop?
I just got my snakebites and im so happy but im worried cuz a day after ive don them they started to fester is it normal???? I do everything i should so what do i do

@@yungsav4853 luckily it’s better now but i couldn’t get rid of it with any medicine until i stopped doing anything and it just magically disapeared lmao
I got mine done a few days ago but the bell bars/jewelry are very short. The outside is ok but my inside lip swells to the point where my lip is swallowing the plates so I’m not sure if that’s normal, if it’s nesting, or embedded but I’m a little glad to get it checked out by a professional lol😭
@@samworlds2213 so I’m not sure if it’s the same for other ppl with the same problem, but I did wait it out and eventually after a week my swelling did go down so my lips aren’t swallowing the plates anymore. I would say drink cold water to get it down. I think that really helps the swelling. I didn’t want to risk changing them out while it’s healing so I am just keeping them in. Just in case every now in them push them in so that your lip isn’t swallowing them in the inside. I hope that helps a little!

Out of all 14 piercings that I have my tips of my ears hurt the most they are getting so much better than they have been

when i got my snake bites my piercer told me to just use non-alcoholic mouth wash, it works for me !

my piercer lets me bring my own but some studios will only change with their own jewellery usually for insurance reasons
