I am a 52 yr old that has been battling w/addiction for over 40 yrs. I received my 1st Bible in 1979. I still have it bc I knew that book would save me from me someday. I have been in isolation for 3 yrs. Attempting to give myself completely. I NEED rehab! I am in a house full of ppl that use. It's not heavy drugs..but it's not of God. I have no one here to walk with me...I am doing this alone and am failing big time. Is there anyone out there that can help me get on the other side of this addiction??? How do I do this w/o a single person to help guide me the right way? I want to suffer for the Lord and not this kind of suffering. Is there anyway I can get someone to help?? 😢

How do I not worry about becoming clean from addiction? My 1st husband was a very scary person. Some real weird things happened way back then, I've been stuck in something since that very day. My 1st husband was playing with the dark side of things..I didn't know. He had a room with weird things in there and lots of blood. I have been away from him for 29 yrs. I think he did something to me...can I be delivered from all of that? How when I am alone??

The fact that you can have a personal objective view and subjectively change views on a supposedly unchangeable truth such as "the word of God" proves that God's so called word can change depending on how you want to interpret your truth.

@@Abednego504 God’s foreknowledge would’ve known this before you asked, so you asking makes no sense. The God of the bible creating default scenarios like a Hell and or demons or curses doesn’t make any sense whatsoever because ultimately he shows us that he is the one who holds ultimate authority and will. Therefore his perfect will is being done. The God of the bible could have made it so we were not set up to fail, but he decided to ultimately predestine a horror story so that some of us might accept his authority and if we don’t by his own will of default are damned eternally. What kind of psychopath threatens his own children with eternal torture and or ultimate annihilation if you don’t love him back? Would you do that to a child? If you accept that the bible is the word of God then by default you have made these books your God. Who wrote the Bible? No original manuscripts exist. Is man your God? Men apparently wrote the Bible, so ultimately you are putting your faith in the words of ancient Israelites. Your God by His own admission has predestined failure on purpose and wants us to love Him because He has threatened us. I don’t know about you but that isn’t someone that sounds loving. You can separate God from the Bible; the Bible just says you can’t. Love exists outside of the Bible, the Bible just claims it doesn’t.
Actually, the writings found in those caves were not what the Word of God is based on, but those were accurate copies of the Word. The Word was handed down from first the Jews, then, when the Apostles wrote letters to the new churches that were just planted throughout the Middle East, western Asia, and Europe; and these letters were accepted in the Holy Canon of Scripture because the Holy Spirit inspired men of God to write down His words. Also, 4 holy men wrote the four Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John) that reveal the words, ways, and plans of Jesus Christ!
Hebrews 4:12 "For the Word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and of the heart."
2 Timothy 3:16 "All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness."
I pray that you will read this Bible and find eternal truth.
