I ordered that new Mjx and this video popped up… funny, good vibe, can’t believe you thought you could get away with not gluing them tires on that fast ass truck😳.. I’ll bet you wouldn’t even think twice nowadays
Tamiya M chassis wheels work if you roll the fenders. HPI Cup Racer wheels also fit better than the M chassis ones. But good luck finding them, I had some leftovers new in a box from years ago.
I can't believe I said this whole video just to watch you successfully pull off one speed run. I hope you don't fly airplanes for a living or something catastrophic like that
Thats how the wheel situation is with the 3s/Mega Infraction and the Vendetta...Not many choices for 85mm wheels...The stock Vendetta Elevens do not last more than a few packs...The stock Infraction Katars even less...Got silver Hoons for my Vendetta that have been great so far but other than those it's hard to find any 85mm wheels...I know you can cut the body and convert to 17mm hexes to fit 98mm GRP's but I'm sure plenty of people don't want to go through all that...I know I don't since I already went over 100mph with my Vendetta and that's all I wanted for now lol
Contact 26mm touring front foam tires. You'll have to trim your fenders but it's worth it. I drilled holes and glued flints in the drift tires. Its a light show for sure. Just saw mjxhypergo 14310 1/14 truggy is out. I'll be having it next...
Amazing Car I have lots of tire's I'm going to try on my Mjx hyper Go 🙏 So know I ordered new servo upgrade to mine. And more Oil in my Shock in the Rear of my car.Is loot's of weight in this Little Mini mini Infraction 😊 Thanks for sharing this with Us 🙏😊
Hosim and MJX are sister companies. They told me this in a email when looking for 1/16 upgrade differentials. That is how hosim released their hyper go (MJX) 1/16 truck. 28xx series motor will always need glue on the tires as the motor is just too fast
"Fantastic video, thanks for sharing. It looks like this car has a significant oversteer issue. You could try adjusting the rear suspension to a softer setting to alleviate it."
Always turn the car off first then the radio when I was a kid I learned the hard lol just finished building my Kyosho brute truck Manual esc and the bloody radio for a signal and the f thing took off went under a roofers truck mud flaps and dragged my truck I shi t you not 3 blocks I was picking up parts that whole 3 blocks lol not a good day hahahaha
Seems a bit light for speed runs, but I don't have it in front of me, so can't fully say if that's true or not, and I could be over thinking it but if it was made to drift then the back end could be made to be lighter and break loose a bit more than normal, again it's not in front of me so can't weigh the front and back out, but dang if it doesn't look fun to bash around in a parking lot I might just have to get this one, and as you said man it's a tough little booger
Just wait until you see the second skatepark video not necessarily the first one although that one did pretty good but on 3S and a brand new location that I've never been at before and this thing lit up the park a thousand percent 😜 I had a total stinking blast at the new place with this little bugger
I'm kinda interested in the mailbox 📬 you have. I see it's a multi use not only for the mail you also get a bonus RC Holder/ phone holder/ remote storage. I wish my mailbox was as cool! Lol
@@talonw.7691no, it's true. The gyro causes massive instability, just look at the beginning of the video where you get a slow-mo shot of the car being driven in a straight line, but it veers side to side. My MJX 14301 had the same issue, and it's the dang gyro. You can see it when he holds the truck and waggles the rear end: instead of the gyro holding the front tires straight, the tires waggle as the gyro causes oversteer. I own a Felony and its gyro doesn't do this. You pick up a Felony and waggle the back end, and the front tires stay pointing ahead, straight as a die. The MJX has a bad cheap gyro that causes instability due to it overcorrecting. You can see it happening a lot in this video. This is why fanboyism is bad: it makes people like you blind to a car\company's failings. You swim in a river of poop and tell everyone within earshot how good it smells. I'm not an MJX hater, I just think people should know the truth. You're lying to yourself and everyone in earshot. Grow up.
I just got mine today, I’m gonna use it for everything but drifting

Oversteer=drifting…that’s the point of this rc.
Make extended body mounts it would be so easy to do

Very good those wheels, what diameter do they have? They go fair without rubbing 💪👍. Some foam covers how does it have to turn?
I always run my mjx with the gyro off, because it doesn’t do its job and makes the car unstable
