Yes both! I’ve built many restaurants before & also a bakery/florist fairly recently too! 🥰🤍

Ahh! I have a few builds in that world already, believe one standard student housing then a frat house & also a sorority! Planing on filling it all up though like all the other worlds! 🥰🤍

Jess, I am a home designer in the US, am wondering if I sent you plans of a house I designed if you would build it in the game? I actually did build this particular house in The Sims 2 many years ago and it came out quite nicely. It's a large Victorian style home, one I designed for multi-generations to live in, with bedrooms on all 3 levels (has a habitable attic). You'd of course be completely free to put your own unique design sense to work with it. I did just recently download and install The Sims 4 (mostly because I found your YT channel and want to do some builds of my own), just haven't had much time lately to familiarize myself with it, and I also (so far) just have the base game. Anyway, if this kind of project might interest you, let me know, I can create PDFs of the plans if that makes things easier.

I have a question about something that you said in this one. It was about what I call the "mangled" controls in the upper right screen. I feel certain that it has something to do with TwistedMexi's betterbuildbuy because the only way I've found to un-mangle it is to disallow script mods. Have you found a fix? Possibly double posting this to another acct of yours, just a heads up.

why does she put the tissue boxes down before other items when adding clutter? cx
So the other clutter won’t snap to the placements on the table! That way with placing down the tissue boxes it takes up all the slots that clutter would automatically snap to, and then I can clutter more freely 🥰
