Very true! I've just had to realize that all the alternatives treatments, all the praying that I've done for my injured hip is not healing it. I've had to "fire" myself and let a surgeon do his magic, allow God to heal my hip thru him. 🙏

On the 16th of this month as I'm typing this, and as of now... this music made me realize that I was a jerk to some people in my life during my teenage years, and with this music... I've let all of my grief out at once.
I've done nothing but hold on to my hatred, and used it to fuel my anger. While it did give me strength, I have seen that it would kill me on the inside.
I've come here quite a few times.
Hearing this music for the first time, then a few times after, it gave me a chance to see that I've done nothing but hold on to my hatred.
I was a jerk to some people in my life, I've said and done things I'm not proud of, and I continued to hold on to them, fueling me as I used my anger and hate. I have realized that it has done nothing but hurt me, along with others. And I refused so much to move on and let go.
The times I did hear this music, I cried my eyes out, as I had let out all of my grief, sorrow, my regrets.

Everyday is a new day, some days I feel numb ...others I am fine and keep it moving. Thank you for the advise also 🙏 I am actually doing that all now :) I been hitting the gym, praying and Journaling/ meditating. He was a narc too who wanted me but didn't want to.commit anymore. Def. Moving on to better things in my life as I should. How long did it take you to recover? I know everyone's different.

He his work really resonated with me and I have found a way to separate my Consciousness from my egoic constant delusionary thought processes. Just started this but I am trying to be very mindful.
