So many favorites,I wish you were my neighbors, what fun I would have seeing all these treasures in person, your time, effort and hard work is much appreciated, thank you,Norm did a fabulous job also,my Grandkids would love it,especially the kitties.
I have thought about that too. I would love to have a cup of coffee, a slice of pound cake and sit around the table sharing the treasures and stories with these guys! I'd be more than happy to take Peggy Thrifting anytime!
Fabulous owl and cat displays. I think it’s marvellous the care you take Peggy and Norm repainting and glueing eyes on the figurines. The cat window is a great theme. You did not disappoint with your creative use of the shower curtain. Marla’s painted JOLs are the best.
Peggy and Norm you are spoiling us this week!! Three videos !! Heaven!! An early birthday present lol I love how you decorated as always, I'm so glad the eyes came in handy. The widow looks brilliant Norm, loved the cat theme. You both are just so good at this. Sending love and hugs.
Hi. My favorite inside is the wooden shadow box of cute ghosts 👻. Norms window is super great. Using that shower curtain is inspired! The black cat 🐈⬛️ dye cuts are so much fun! Hope you are resting now Peggy Lou!
Wonderful collection of owls and your ghost collection is so cute! At least Norm is willing to be your chauffeur when thrifting. I saw that old Waldo! I think Norm has managed to keep Waldo trapped in the window for now. That backdrop for the window turned out so great! Another great treat!
I always enjoy looking at Norm's windows. The 2 pumpkin candles in the shadow box with the witch hat have faces that remind me of Bugs Bunny. I think it is due to the two painted teeth.
Peggy & Norm: Great tour of your Halloween collection. Love the owls and the window is just fabulous! So enjoyable to relax and tour. Carol from California
Peggy I actually thought about you when I saw really cool owl and cat eyes at the thrift Stores on old and new Beanie Babies. Great recycling Idea 💡👻🖤🧡🖤
Peggy and Norm I always love your Halloween decorations so much fun. I know what I have to do now I have to do my own decorations. Happy Halloween.🎃🐈⬛🦇👻🦉🎃🧡
Mrs Peggy and Mr Norm, These displays are AMAZING and I LOVE what you did with the Shower Curtain. I saw the video when your purchased it and suggested possibly using it in Norms Window, oh my, it looks like you guys had it made for it! Its Perfect!!!! Thank you for sharing, I get inspiration from your style for my home and it truly touches my heart to see these things so loved. What a way to honor those who once cherished many if these items. If it werent for you guys, some would he thrown away, and thats so sad. So, Thank you for sharing, the inspiration and letting us hang out with you guys! ( Im super excited to see what you guys do for The upcoming Holidays, especially Christmas) Be Blessed and Safe, and HAPPY Halloween to all. Norm, the lights are cool and I LOVE the "hand" too cute!
I just love your videos. I think one of the first videos I watched I heard you say St. Cloud and that made me stop. I’m a Californian, and went to college at St. Cloud State University in the 80s. To say I have some of the best memories of Minnesota is an understatement. I still have dear friends in the Twin Cities. The weather was shocking, but I loved it. Everyone thought I was crazy for leaving sunny California. 😂. I also did a lot of thrifting and estate sales while I lived there. I still own some beautiful furniture that I purchased in Minnesota. Be well and thank you for your fun thrifting content.
Hi Beth! Thanks so much for watching and writing to us and sharing your St. Cloud memories. We're happy to know we brought back some great times in MN for you! We're really glad you enjoy our videos! We hope your holidays ahead are blessed. 🍁🧡🍁
Hi Becky! Thanks for watching and writing to us with your question! Yup, he's just to the right of the bumpy big lighted JOL, in the back left half of the window. We hope you have a great week! 🍁🎃🍂🐈⬛️🍁
Awesome decorating, never disappointed watching. Your videos are so relaxing to watch. You both are amazing! So creative. What type of paint does Norm use for spraying your ceramic pieces?
I ADORE your videos for relaxing🖤🧡 Question, how do you manage changing the holes in your walls for your many remarkable collections?! Dying to know because I also decorate in gallery style walls and sometimes wish to change up my plentiful treasures 🥰
Hello, I try not to make new holes unless I'm redoing an entire gallery wall that's going to be more permanent, and I can't make things fit on the old nail holes. Norm is sick of painting here after 35 years, so he wants me to try to use the same nails. I move things around often and just make do as much as possible. I've many times commented in videos like, "I had three nails here, so I was able to hang up these items ok." There are many nails holes hidden under my items, unfortunately. I'm not a painter, and we don't have fresh leftover paint from years ago to touch up holes. It never looks the same anyway. I've done my best to keep old paint chips, too. I'm sorry to have not gotten back to you. I'm overwhelmed with the work, just trying to get one video done a week. I'm working overtime this month to do way more because I have loads of Halloween thrifting video clips, and I'm running out of time. I'm currently working on more home décor for this weekend. My home tour videos don't do as well with views as much as the thrifting videos do. Thanks for watching. It takes a lot of time to answer everyone, and I don't manage it well. I have arthritic hands and fingers from typing my entire working career, gardening, etc. I'm 75 years old and ache all over every day. So I lack a lot of ambition, sadly, to keep up my channel and correspondence better.🫤 I try not to whine about all my problems in my videos. So, I'm sorry to have failed to remember that you had a question. I imagine that my answer is probably not what you were hoping to learn about fixing all the holes in our walls. Thanks for watching our videos.
