I've been enjoying Steel videos soooo much lately. I think its this league in particular has opened up so many possibilities because of the (broken) loot and the new systems to explore!

So basically you explode rare mob with 500% fire dmg that proc burning, what is fulcrum for is "Elemental Ailments you inflict are Reflected to you", by this you self ignite and reflect ignite to mobs around. This ignite even after incredible high amount of reductions still hit dot cap pretty easily, dot cap is count after dmg redu, mean even its below 40m, but your hidden dmg might hit around 500m, and mob due to league content reduce it by x%, you still deal 40m dps. This version cant spread fire that easily, but is much stronger agains bosses due to new blood passive tree that use, etc etc. Cant tell you what is stronger, for speedruning juiced t16 i would go fulcrum, but this build sounds much much tankier and make some bosses and stuf easier to do.
14:00 prefix cannot be changed is a veeeery expensive way of not wasting a eldritch annul 🤦♂about, 1.9 div extra 😅eldritch annul and just craft multimod is the way to go
