I really like this song because it's not talking about sex or drugs, but love, in this case, about a broken relationship. I am glad that he finally did something different. Even though, I love every one of his songs, including the ones about sex, drugs, and alcohol, that shit is tiring. With this song, he brought me back to the "Forever" or "She Ain't You" kind of days. I can't wait for his new album to come out!!

when can chris be considered a legend? is he a legend?
Being a legend relates to how you influence the industry and how much of an impact you make throughout your career. Chris is talented but he isn't really a legend. Bias fans may make that assumption tho. He has yet to make that "Confessions" or "Thriller" impact. However he might hit it with this album if he plays it smart. All legends at least have that one album that changes the game. Royality (album title) could be just that. Chris is great with single hits but his albums don't do that well tbh. He isn't the mega star he once was and that's unfortunate.
+AfrobotTV I agree. I can't deny how talented this guy is, but I feel like his unfortunate incidences held him back from reaching that legendary status. He's had great albums and songs, but he doesn't really have that one song or album where people would go crazy in any location once they heard it, like "Yeah!" or "Thriller". He honestly doesn't even have an album that's considered a classic. However, I do think Chris is legendary for making a solid "comeback" and keeping himself relevant, but music legends have classics and have music that has literally achieved things you've never expected or knew was possible. Chris is almost there.
+D. Foxx You're right. Chris Brown is talented and I wish he would incorporate all his talents on one project. He is unique and has so much potential. Besides the drama, I also think him experimenting with different sounds also reflects negative because he isn't as consistant. When he made a comeback he had room to experiment with different genres. Unfortunately 5 years later he is still doing so. I would like to see him look at all the feedback he has gotten over the past couple of years (from albums, unreleased songs, singles & mixtapes) so he can try to create a perfect sound/album from where fans & critics thought his music was the strongest.

+D. Foxx That's the issue with r&b. Modern r&b doesn't capture the same essence as before. And 90's inspired r&b is outdated with the times. The closest I heard towards a balance of new and old r&b was Tyrese new album and even that was a bit bland compared to his old work.
