The fact that they will never add vertical slabs is for me a huge blunder. I think it would make people more creative in their builds
Agreed, I don't know how they think that it will limit "creativity".
3:29 Could just put a slab on top of a top slab, works the same, if you don't find having a slab gap between anything you place on it.

yeah that's what they have also pointed out but we don't have it in a proper way.

They already do have cross-play between consoles, even Bedrock and Java on certain servers, unless they changed that? 😭💀🙏
Again, that's due to the community made features or mods - Microsoft or Mojang doesn't officially support it.
