Good morning Brian! I have been a fan of yours for a long time. I love your positivity and your ability to laugh at yourself and also be real with all of us. I suffer from anxiety as well and migraines. Every morning I wake up, smile and say thank you for another day. About 4 years ago, I actually died 4 times during a surgery to save my life. So, even on the bad days, I'm doing better than I was. So, always remember, they don't all have to be good days, as long as there are days, and you can find something good about the day, you will be ok in the long run. I pray for you every night and keep on doing what you do, I'll be here to send my positive vibes to you!
9:56 please be more careful when cutting your eggs open. You cut that last egg hatchling on the black marking. Once you opened the flap it revealed you in the snake and then taking it out and continuing your cut. Not even mentioning your mistake. But I could hear it in your voice.
