I have also gone through some portion of कुरान and have also read about the life of मोहम्मद. I am sorry to state that I have not been able to find anything good either in इस्लाम or in मोहम्मद. Godly virtues are तप, संयम, brahmacharya, and spiritualism. मोहम्मद did not have any of these virtues. Moreover you must give up अहंकार, क्रोध, काम, कषाय, मान माया and लोभ etc etc. Your कुरान is totally silent about all these virtues and मोहम्मद badly lacked all of them.
