It's great that you're helping your sister the way you are! My sister and I live 1300 miles apart, but we get together every weekend to play A Township Tale. It's part game and part exploration experience in which you can take your time building and crafting things together--and occasionally fighting monsters. She's never been a gamer either, but now she says she can't wait for the weekend quests. She's even started to get other people interested in VR.
Yo, I think the lenses make it if you’re far sighted, they don’t work. The lenses make the screen have a rendering distance of like 6ft or something. I’m explaining this terribly, but just a heads up
The Under Presents was one of the coolest events in VR history imo. When it first came out the devs hired performers to show up in the main hub, do performances and stay around for hours hanging with the players. A lot of stuff is still there but sadly feels less meaningful now, including a really in depth magic system with your mask, letting you manipulate the items and people in many ways, and also spawn in many items. And a huge world for the hub that has quite a few locations for improv and such. Makes me sad it isn't supported anymore since the devs went on to do other creative works based in theater and specifically improv.
A bit of context, since it seems you're not aware, Kizuna Ai is a Japanese virtual RUclipsr (or VTuber for short), and while not the first VTuber, popularized the idea of a VTuber to such an extent, she's pretty much seen as the mascot of the entire VTuber industry. Given her extreme popularity, it makes sense why she was given her own rhythm game.
ye i just wish it was good.. when I played it everything was way off like even the first level seemed like little effort was put into the "mapping" compared to beat saber custom songs even...
I tried it as well, and the easy levels I played were literally the hardest. Like, I have horrible scores on them. The harder ones are much better (Though still not _great)_
I really wish there were a men in black game, where you need to fight aliens and monsters, with aliens and monsters and make people forget things. Like, you put on the glasses, and then flash the thing and theres then a dialogue where you can choose like: go back to sleep, or, go back to do what you were doing. And the game is open world and beung able to do it multiplayer
Your sacrifice is appreciated. Especially by those of us in the older generation that have no clue how to work these things. You have made this an enjoyable learning experience.
Two things that VR needs: a setting that adjusts what you see based on your prescription so you don’t need glasses. Don’t know if that’s possible but hey! Why not? Also, a just dance game would be cool if they do it well, besides, Just dance is MADE for just dance.
Hey, used to be obsessed with TUP, the player base used to be huge and it was the funnest experience I’ve had in vr. The game died down after its final tempest run in mid 2021. A main appeal of the game was the live actors you would meet around the world. The creator tenderclaws announced that it would be discontinuing this and therefore the game died down
The under presents to me is a 10/10 game Even after I was done playing the awesome parts of the games there were still so many secret mini games, spells to learn and even activities that I haven’t even gotten into yet like changing your mask It’s like that incredible music you keep listening to over and over but instead of getting sick of it you instead listen to different music each time which are just as good
Honestly great video! but FitXR turns out to be a subscription model game (7-day free trial) but if that doesn't bother you it's a genuinely good game!
I feel like the Gun Raiders is THE BEST game out of this list. But I'm going to try the fitness game with good visuals tho. Thank you for making this awesome content!
That's so funny to me, I was instantly annoyed by how complicated the reloading mechanics were and just messed around in the sandbox area with some squeaker kids until I got bored and uninstalled. I think shooters on the quest are just not for me, it felt goofy holding my hands up to realistically aim and adding movement on top of aim was too difficult for me. I kinda hated it tbh but I think thats cause it's not a genre that appeals to me on vr lol
@@crimblr No it's not. It's pretty basic and easy game, altough it's hard to find a friendly people, but Gun Raiders really isn't shit. I really enjoy the game, maybe it's not for you but there are a lot of people that like this game.

I wish Elixir had a bigger game with it's mechanics because it feels like there could be a lot of depth to it and I really like how intuitive it feels.

Kizuna AI only has that creepy vibe because of the idol aesthetic and the fact that you're alone in the "crowd" so it's very...personal.. Now if there were other anonymous players all dancing next to you all vying for her attention like a raving crowd, it would make more sense as a mechanic. It could certainly be acheived with AI crowds that you need to fight through to get a better view. If you think about it from the POV of the "star" (an AI idol in this context), looking out into a crowd and seeing a superfan dancing their way through the crammed fans to get to the front while dancing their heart out, sweaty and exuberantly, would make them feel very loved and give them the inspiration and drive to give a better performance! I just went to a show earlier this week, it wasn't a packed venue but the front of stage was an absolute mosh most of the time, so if you wanted in, you had to snake your way(politely) into the mosh and get going or you'll be pushed out or onto your butt if you're not on it!
I just don't get this youtuber and his negative, dark way of looking at everything. If you look at the meta store reviews of this game, it appeals a lot to young girls and it actually gets a very good rating in the store.

Just got my MQ and I love it! Thanks for taking the time to try out these games and give an honest review. So far I've only played around in First Contact and First Steps and loved the. The Rollercoaster game was great during the tutorial, but during an actual game I was nauseous within a minute or two. Not sure why unless it was because I was looking around for targets to shoot at. I got the MQ to exercise with and I appreciate you reviewing a couple of the games that look like they'd help get me moving. I really don't want to get close to the girl, tho if I do I'll ask wth were you thinking? lol
My fiance and I got the vr set yesterday and I've been looking at videos for game recommendations. Even tho the under presents is a very fun game that i had already paid for before even watching this video, i do think you downplay how much of it is locked behind a pay wall, since from what i remember, the tutorial is the only thing you get to play for free until where you said you pulled the cranck and got lowered in an elevator, and then thats all. The story and multiplayer worlds are both locked behind a one time pay wall. BUT IT WAS SOOOOO WORTH IT!!!!

The under presents looks like a really good game. I wish I could have experienced it the way you did but you spoiled what seems to be the most impressive part of the game. In the future just say" seriously this game is amazing, don't waste your time just go buy it." Or like, mention everything you said EXCEPT the part when you find out they're all you.

I love that Kizuna AI is effectively F2P Beat Saber. I don't find it to be much more than that, and I actually disabled the movement of Kizuna's stage because I found it really distracting.

I clicked this video only to see what Kizuna Ai's game was all about. Rest assured, it is an inferior beat saber game, as expected. Though what I didn't expect was the objective of moving Kizuna closer to you by hitting the beats, which I love so much for how perfectly it incapsulates the underlying degeneracy of the vtuber scene. xD

I've had Epic Roller Coasters since I got my Oculus Go way back in 2018 and have played it on the Go, Q1 and Q2 and I do have to say it is a fun game. I don't play it all the time, but still fun.

There is a katana in gun raiders but it isn't used often because it's hard to get to someone before the shoot you.

The 3 games you excluded vrchat rec room and echo VR are like most common known free games known for vr except echo because that's oculus only

here are some great free vr games on sidequest, H.A.X, attack on quest, FNaF sister location, BMBF for beat saber, and pavlov on app lab.
Have had my Quest 2 since day 1. Only games I pay are Gorilla tag and BeatSaber. I do get a workout and they are really good games.
VRChat is honestly just my go to nowadays (on steamvr though) but there's a lot of nifty stuff on the Quest store for free
Vr chat is cool but there’s some super weird people in there. I accidentally went to the sleep and relaxation room and people were literally sleeping in a group with their headsets on like wtf haha.

if you select browse all, you can actually sort by price and that makes finding free game alot easier

I've had Epic Roller Coasters since I got my Oculus Go way back in 2018 and have played it on the Go, Q1 and Q2 and I do have to say it is a fun game. I don't play it all the time, but still fun.
