As he seemingly (before checking them out) goes into a make shift snake den not knowing for sure what all's in it. He fully trust that these guys know what they're doing & takes their word. I'm sure they know exactly what they're doing, but it would be my luck they had one chaotic day & accidently threw in a cobra by mistake whilst in a hurry to get to another call. No way I'd have crawled in there & just started picking them up in bunches. I'd at least have gone in with tongs or a grabber 1st & made sure they're all harmless before grabbing them by hand. It would only take one venomous little buggar getting in by mistake or even on its own. I mean the darn things are in so many homes there it's not impossible.. and boom it's all over.

Very dangerous life, but I think this kid's literally had more fun & action in 4 yrs than I have in 40.

@@jeffdarnell7942 He took that with more bravery than anyone I’ve seen bitten by a venomous snake. Same with the crocodile bite. Chandler is probably the most resilient, fearless and charismatic person you’ll stumble upon.

India is such a beautiful country. Everything from the Landscape to wildlife to the language and food.
it's really a highly polluted country and a lot of people we most likely harass, or try to scam you if your are a white person which is really annoying

I am loving this trip to India series it is amazing. I have a friend who was from India and he is one of the nices people I know. I will have to ask him if he had any close calls with snakes when he was a kid. Can't wait for the next video,be safe and have fun

I was terrified of snakes. Couldn’t even look at a picture. Now I respect them and know that they are animals I should respect as well. Education really does make everything less scary. Thank you chandler. I now think snakes are cute. I think they have actually always been my spirit animal but I was too afraid of them to know them. And you are an awesome guy. I admire how free you are. I want to be the same.

Checkered keelback (Fowlea piscator) and the Tiger keelback (Rhabdophis tigrinus) are not cousins. Not even in the same genus, plus the checker keelback is mildly read fanged venomous and the tiger keelback is significantly more venomous

Thank you for mentioning the importance of snake venom for medicine for us gross humans. I take medication for my heart and my blood pressure. Guess what’s in there?!?!? Yep, you guessed it! I’m pretty sure the snake that’s responsible for keeping my old delapitated butt alive is the Brazilian pit viper. Love seeing you travel the world working with the snakes. It’s very special!

Never been to India before but I love the food and wildlife there.
Wildlife is preserved for Tigers, Lions, Leopards, other Feline and Rhinos in different parts of India.
If you get time for a long holiday in Winter, do visit, it's a big country with wildlife in different parts of the country.
Once again you kicked ass you are one off the greatest shake handled alligators and camel handlebars. You have the biggest balls playing with these monsters so very dangerous you and Tyler and stone and Alex are the very best

Chandler is making changes ❤🤗 he is helping the locals identify what is harmless vs what is venomous!!!! That's so important. A lot of the times the harmless mimic the venomous but are actually just bluffing in nature. We don't know that and thankgoodness he's educating others and us 🤗❤
Chandler what’s the difference between a India Rat snake and the American Rat snake. Would the India Rat snake shrive in the US and could it breed with the US variety?
Indian rat snakes are a completely different species that gets nearly 9-10ft long! Not sure if a hybrid would even be possible, but how incredible are these massive snakes!?
