Standard Ethernet cables are capable of providing both data and power, however, the 802.3af standard supports 15.4W of power. But even though 802.3at power sourcing equipment (PSE) can transmit 15.4W of power, powered devices (PDs) can only reliably receive 12.95W of power due to power dissipation. Since the Satellite dish uses about 100W of power, you would need Starlink's specialized ethernet cable.
