How do you freeze bananas. I don’t like brussel sprouts, but I like mushrooms. I can’t eat any vegetables though or fresh fruits.

Bananas is the only fresh fruit I can eat. I use a lot of the fresh fruits in a fruit crisp (like an apple crisp but with different fruit baked in the oven). Then I can eat them. Freezing bananas is easy I like to peel spread them out flash freeze on a lined pan then bag them.
