A good one is Pu’avai leaves. Sometimes after cutting down bananas, throw the trunks in there.
Yeah I've tried the banana stems but they will only eat it if I add some flavorings to it...but yeah will definitely try again

As a scientist, what feed do you provide your cows.
Grass.
Yeah it's usually Grass..but this grass was a variety recommended from the Agriculture team for cattle farms in Samoa and the cows really enjoy it.
