We used to have a salary account with CITI but due to a change of salary account they require min of 1 lakh balance in savings account in AXIS..hence we closed the AXIS account.... CITI Experience was very good

I have both Axis and Citi accounts (credit card as well in case of Citi). I think Migration went smooth, but only issue i have observed till now is the mess up that happened with customer address. Now I have to visit Axis Bank physically to get that fixed.

Funny thing is, there is difference of only a comma. But the customer care guys are not able to fix it or raise a ticket for backend team to do it. Only way to fix it is by visiting branch! Strange, but that's what Axis Bank can do for now. 🤦

they have a crm concept ...that person will misguide all things in the loan process and charges... While taking the loan they said reducing the balance method but while paying EMI they will change from backed as fixed one ..and they charge pre closure charges
