You should watch some more academic presentations. Ahmed Deedat was a great personality who really unlocked the Muslim-Christian debate and whose videos on YT ignited the modern day revival of that dynamic, and we honor his memory and respect him greatly, and while his debates are entertaining to watch, I'd recommend viewing more recent speakers, if only to diversify the input you're receiving now.
Dr. Ali Ataie would be incredibly beneficial for someone like you. I think he represents a progressive step in terms of inter-religious analyses that goes beyond Deedat's approach. Shahid Bolsen for insightful commentaries on world events or common questions (e.g. the age of Aisha(ra), the conflict in the middle east, or women in the West). Dr. Roy Casagranda for historical lessons on how Islam expanded. Or maybe some of Hamza Yusuf's older lectures (morals, ethics, traditional teaching). Just some names that come to mind. There are of course many more.
I'm mentioning these for your own education and development, so not necessarily for 'reaction videos', but in case you want to learn about Islam.

I was a Muslim before I changed my mind. There are many contradictions in the religion of Islam and the holy book of Muslims, and finally I came to the conclusion that the Qur'an is a distorted book, and as Ahmad Dedat spoke about the holy book( the Bible ) and its distortions and problems, and gives proof, exactly ther are the same problems and deviations and Perhaps much more than that from Muhammad and his holy book ( Quran ).

A clue: Have you ever asked yourself, "Whose narration is this Qur'an that we have now?" Rest assured, if you find the person who wrote the Qur'an based on that person's narration, and you know him from the hadiths and narrations of the Muslims themselves, you will understand that this person was considered a liar and distorter at the time he was alive.

Muslims believe in the Injeel of Isa, the Gospel of Jesus. Jesus preached the words of God that he received as Revelation from God. He never had book under his arm preaching to his people.

Jesus talks about one God
Accordingly the governor and the priest and the king prayed Jesus that in order to quiet the people he should mount up into a lofty place and speak to the people. Jesus said: `It is written there that God is invisible and hidden from the mind of man, seeing he is incorporeal and uncomposed, without variableness.'
`So is it, truly,' said the priest.
Jesus said: `It is written there how that the heaven of heavens cannot contain him, seeing that our God is infinite.'
`So said Solomon the prophet,' said the priest, `O Jesus.'
Said Jesus: `It is written there that God hath no need, forasmuch as he eateth not, sleepeth not, and suffereth not from any deficiency.'
`So is it,' said the priest.
Said Jesus: `It is written there that our God is everywhere, and that there is not any other god but he, who striketh down and maketh whole, and doeth all that pleaseth him.'
`So is it written,' replied the priest.
Then Jesus, having lifted up his hands, said: `Lord our God, this is my faith wherewith I shall come to thy judgement; in testimony against every one that shall believe the contrary.' And turning himself towards the people, he said: `Repent, for from all that of which the priest hath said that it is written in the book of Moses, the covenant of God for ever, ye may perceive your sin; for that I am a visible man and a morsel of clay that walketh upon the earth, mortal as are other men. And I have had a beginning, and shall have an end, and [am] such that I cannot create a fly over again.'
Thereupon the people raised their voices weeping, and said: `We have sinned, Lord our God, against thee; have mercy upon us.' And they prayed Jesus, every one, that he would pray for the safety of the holy city, that our God in his anger should not give it over to be trodden down of the nations. Thereupon Jesus, having lifted up his hands, prayed for the holy city and for the people of God, every one crying: `So be it,' Amen.
Jesus rebuked Peter , theirs only one God
Jesus departed from Jerusalem after the Passover, and entered into the borders of Caesarea Philippi. Whereupon, the angel Gabriel having told him of the sedition which was beginning among the common people, he asked his disciples, saying: 'What do men say of me?'
They said: 'Some say that thou art Elijah, others Jeremiah, and others one of the old prophets.'
Jesus answered: 'And ye; what say ye that I am?'
Peter answered: 'Thou art Christ, son of God.'
Then was Jesus angry, and with anger rebuked him, saying: 'Begone and depart from me, because thou art the devil and seekest to cause me offense!'
And he threatened the eleven, saying: 'Woe to you if ye believe this, for I have won from God a great curse against those who believe this.'
And he was fain to cast away Peter; whereupon the eleven besought Jesus for him, who cast him not away, but again rebuked him, saying: 'Beware that never again thou say such words, because God would reprobate thee!'
Peter wept. and said: 'Lord, I have spoken foolishly; beseech God that he pardon me.'
Then said Jesus: 'If our God willed not to show himself to Moses his servant, nor to Elijah whom he so loved, nor to any prophet, will ye think that God should show himself to this faithless generation? But know ye not that God hath created all things of nothing with one single word, and all men have had their origin out of a piece of clay? Now, how shall God have likeness to man? Woe to those who suffer themselves to be deceived of Satan!'
And having said this, Jesus besought God for Peter, the eleven and Peter weeping, and saying: 'So be it, so be it, O blessed Lord our God.'
Afterwards Jesus departed and went into Galilee, in order that this vain opinion which the common folk began to hold concerning him might be extinguished.

With the greatest of respect, sister, there are NO Bible manuscripts in the lifetime of Jesus (AS). The earliest complete manuscript is 400 years after Jesus (AS) ascended. It is called the Codex Sinaticus, and it is displayed in the British Library in Central London (Euston).
1. The Bible was written by unknown authors who never even met Jesus (AS). None of them were disciples
2. The Bible has numerous errors.
3. The King James Bible was based on later manuscripts from around 600 years after Jesus (AS) ascended to Heaven.
4. The earlier complete Bible manuscript (Codex Sinaticus) was found around 1855. When 32 of the top CHRISTIAN SCHOLARS compared this manuscript, they found that 82% of what Jesus (AS) said in the King James Bible was untrue, false, an interpolation and fabrication. They said that Jesus (AS) ONLY said 18% of what was attributed to him in the King James Bible. An example would be the story of the 'Adulterousus Women'. According, to YOUR MOST EMINATE CHRISTIAN SCHOLARS this was another completely FAKE story.....yet Christians still believe this story today. The Christian schoars put together a new Bible based on the Codex Sinaticus manuscript. It is called The Revised Standard Version (RSV).

Muhammad was illiterate. He was unlettered. The Quran ( God's Word) remains unedited for almost 1500 years. Why? Because Muhammad dictated every word to the scribes for almost 23 years and who preserved every word in the correct sequence. Where is God's word received through Jesus. Muslims will not reject it.
There was no original Injeel or original Gospel given by God to Jesus, because Jesus came to the world is to proclaim the gospel of the kingdom of God through His words.
Jesus said, for I did not speak on My own but the Father who sent Me commanded Me to say ALL that I have spoken. I know that His command leads to eternal life. SO WHATEVER I SAY IS JUST WHAT THE FATHER HAS TOLD ME TO SAY (John 12:49-50). And Jesus said, WHAT I HEARD FROM HIM I TELL THE WORLD (John 8:26).
The New Testament was written based on the account of Jesus that were teached and preached by His disciples to the people at that time (read Matthew 10:1-20). So those people who have heard the teaching of Jesus and the teaching of His disciples can write about Jesus, not only His disciples. And those people who have healed by Jesus are the witnesses of Jesus.
Jesus never said on the account of My Father but on My account.
The Islamic Torah and Islamic Gospel (Injeel) are NOT the same. Because God in the Torah (Scripture) calling His people My Children (read Exodus 4 :22, Deuteronomy 14 :1, Proverbs 8 :32 & Hosea 1:10). And God said to David, you are My son and today I've become your Father (read Psalms 2:7 & read Proverbs 30:4). Yes it is not literal the sons of God but God in the Bible considered His people as His Children.
While Allah of Torah and Injeel is NOT the Father to anyone (read Surah 19:88-93). Because it is not appropriate to the Most Merciful that He should take a son.
regarding jesus, there were only 4 types of people:
1. don't believe at all, aka whatever (atheist, agnostic, etc.)
2. reject the prophethood of jesus (the jews)
3. antichrist aka rejecting the teachings of jesus (christians)
4. accept and follow the teachings of jesus (muslims)
* because by following the teachings of Jesus PBUH. it will naturally lead to following Muhammad PBUH.
