I had the tools to use it but didn't know how to use this software so I'm up around 2am trying to figure it out and I googled a video on how to work this thing and come across yours and boom. I've drawn like, 6 Kirby's in an hour and now I'm like a pro at this thing. Thank you so much!! 10/10 experience.
The reason I use Photoshop elements is because it’s inexpensive, doesn’t require a monthly subscription and can do everything I need for my art. So I would say yes. It has most of the features you would need to draw for games and comics.

Thanks for this. Your layering method and use of marquees was helpful. Can you explain how to copy with the marquee? That wasn't really explained.
Would you recommend drawing with this for games & comics in regards to the tools, if you don’t have the budget for the original photoshop?
