I think this is the best TOF pathophysiology video I have ever watched! I will really like to see this doctor explaining some other CHDs (maybe more unusual or complex ones like Truncus Arteriosus). He kept it simple but still gave lots of interesting details. Right length of video, right amount of info.
I will definetely recommend it to other colleagues.

Thank you for your clear and approachable explanation, from a father of a now 6 year old TOF-PA child. Two RV-PA grafts later you'd never know he was a CHD kid, but at day 4 and satting mid 60s he was that severe TOF-PA kid you described. Thank you again and keep on your fantastic work and sharing the understanding.

I'm a little confused that if the overriding of aorta causes obstruction of blood leaving the right ventricle (ref: around 2:29 ) through the big VSD- (so that it can somehow empty the right ventricle and enter left ventricle), how is it then, mixing is not prevented by the same phenomenon?
I also didn't understand what was conveyed in 7:01 to 7:35. I get that, not all tetralogy disease kids will present with cyanosis and that mostly cyanosis of newborn is due to transposition of great arteries. then what is meant by " tetralogy being the most common form of cyanotic heart disease"?
