It's the only song that I added to my main playlist on Spotify and one of the only songs that I can keep on loop after a few months lol, it's really great imo
Not to mention how good the VS (Miku) sounds in it. My main complaint with some songs like Law-Evading Rock is that the VS doesn’t really fit well with the human singers. In “What Kind of Ending do you Want?” Miku synergizes well with everyone and you can still hear her under the others’ voices, and she doesn’t sound very piercing which is a big no-no in ensemble songs.
Could not agree more with putting 88 at #1, everything about that event and cover is simply genius! From 88 being the number of keys on a piano, Tsukasa smiling at the 88 second mark in the MV and just how triumphant the cover sounds with everything balanced perfectly, all of them getting plenty of lines and KAITO tuned to perfection! It all just made for a brilliant cover, as close as this game has got to perfection in my opinion!
Finally seeing a ranking not putting Once upon a Dream at the bottom TvT Also, What kind of ending do you want is an ultra-good song! I being an absolute ballad lover, your ranking is very based and exquisite!
Since I appreciate almost all WxS songs it’d be hard to choose which ones would go to the bottom but Adventure Log, Positive Dance Time and Buriki no Dance in last broke my heart 🥲
