Acting in ‘Gossip Girl, Melrose Place and Dynasty’ is just a handful of what Kelly Rutherford has accomplished in life. Besides being world famous, she is also a successful entrepreneur, and a kind person.
Although she’s in a good place now, Kelly had to face some hard times; losing all her money, followed by bankruptcy and especially the lawsuit over custody for her children, made her hit rock bottom.
After a period of disbelief and pure survival, she started to see the gift she received from this dark situation…
Kelly discovered the importance of shifting your focus from the problem to the solution; which opens up creation. During this process it became clear to her that it is crucial to trust your own guidance system.
All these experiences have helped Kelly deepen the embodiment of the characters she plays even more. Most of all by finding the humor in our humanity.
