I coulda buried these 10 easily. The fact that people actually get on camera and state Steph needed KD after the 2022 win is the definition of ignorance.
In 2017, 2018 he did need KD though. (Obv KD needs Steph more, but let's be real. Lebron, Steph, KD were the best 3 players in the league at that time. 2017/2018/2019 Warriors had two of the top 3 players on the same team + 2 other all-stars (Draymond/Klay). Everyone thought that was cheap. Steph's win prior was against a Cavs that had two of their stars injuried. My only argument to all the haters, who is the only player that won the unanimous MVP? Not even Jordan and Kobe and Bron have. And which player that gets double/ triple teamed 90% of the game? People say he washed but why get the treatment? Steph could easily drop 30-40 with only maximum of 5 free throws, while other stars needs minimum of 10 free throws per game. Steph won with a washed up Warriors in “22 against a healthy and young Celtics, Steph won with struggling Klay beside him. Steph was guarded by Tatum, Brown, Pritchard, Marcus Smart simultaneously. The most feared player after Jordan? It is obviously Steph, no one else. Again, why is he the most feared? Cause of the double/ triple teams every game.

It feels so great when Im thinking of how I would retort in my head and he has the same, if not similiar answer. The Jordan tainted the idea of what a leader is response is absolutely aces. What makes Curry so special is he has the utmost confidence in himself that willingly will sacrifice for the greater good of the team to achieve the ultimate team goal. A lot of people talk about putting winning above all else. Curry actually backed it up. That's why I respect his game so much.
If "coaching" back then allowed Jordan to shoot fade away shots because he can score with it, coaching back then will give Curry a green light to shoot 30-footer whenever he wants to. Prime Curry is unguardable outside the 3pt line. And the game will look like Curry in the 2022 Allstar. Curry is probably the greatest disruptor of basketball defense because of his gravity with or without the ball.
It always baffles me that anyone can hate outstanding men like Steph, and Lebron. These gentlemen are what a pro athlete should be. They are both great family men, and outstanding citizens. No scandals, no arrests. Both give back to communities, and both are very socially aware. If either one of them were my son, I would be extremely proud of the man that my kid grew up to be. Both will be first ballot unanimous Hall Of Famers.
Someone explain to me how refs and curry are even remotely related. Curry is known to not get any foul calls even when he drives. In the 90s when bigs was heavily drop coverage and slow footed Curry would destroy all of them in pick n roll or running around screens. I think people forget how they defended perimeter stars in the 90s. A player like John Stockton was allowed to sit beyond the 3point line and generate any open pass he seen because teams would fail to press up. Teams would literally have all 5 defenders in the paint and leave everyone on the perimeter open to shoot threes. I’m not even a Curry fan but this is sad because it don’t matter what era curry is in he is going to dominate
I’m 2 minutes into the video and I’m already losing brain cells. This gonna be rough 😂 Edit: how is this dude a basketball coach and he can’t understand that 2015 FMVP was a joke? Take Iggy off that team and they can still make the finals. Take Steph off that team and they get bounced in round 1. Like bro I understood this as a 13 year old kid in 2015. I love Iggy but nah man, lebron averaged 36 13 9 on him. AND, if you watch the TAPE mr coach, you’ll see how the warriors built a defensive wall behind Iggy to help with lebron while kyrie and love were hurt. Iggy was getting torched 1v1 without all that help defense. I know Steph didn’t play at his usual standards but the offense was still all him and he averaged like 25. His box score wasn’t good enough for those causal voters in 2015 so they needed to give it to someone else
@distinked3280 Shaq Duncan kg ben Wallace Dwight howard hakeem just to name a few.... they were still plenty big men in the game. They literally just added big men to foul Shaq. The hell are you taking about ..... this is how I know yall just say dumb stuff
@ KD is a superstar anywhere he goes so is Kyrie so is K Love so is Curry… Draymond is a dud and Klay is a one demintional player that depends on someone else to get him shots
Did no one watch the 2015 finals?! Iggy did not stop Bron at all, Bron took more shots due to injuries. Steph was the best player on the court outside of Bron!
Bruh really could have ate up most of these arguments outside of greatest MVP if he would have been more researched on Steph/Warriors’s history and stats
This! Any kd and system mention should be immediately followed by kds gs record without steph 23-17 and stephs record during that same span without kd 27-4. Steph was the one double teamed leaving kd open in every game minus the wizards. The warriors in 2016 finals had 4 out of 6 players injured/suspended for a game. With just steph on a injured mcl the warriors were up 3-1. As soon as bogut, iggy also get injured with the draymond 1 game suspension the warriors started losing. The warriors were tops in offense and defense the 2 years prior to kd. Teams that were tops in both categories and healthy in the 70 plus year history of the nba have a ~99.76% win percentage.
I don't understand why people all of a sudden started caring about finals MVP for Steph and not ever before. Tony Parker got finals MVPs over Tim Duncan. Cedric Maxwell got one over Larry Bird. Nobody ever said "Tim Duncan is lower all time cause he let Tony Parker win finals mvp instead of him." Cause that's fucking stupid. Nobody ever said Larry Bird wasn't an alpha cause Cedric Maxwell got finals mvp one year instead of him. It's a dumb ass argument lol
To be honest it is not because of steph curry that changed the 3pt era. It is steve kerr. Curry has 8 3pt attempts per game and Thompson also has 7 3pts attempts per game. So how come only steph changed the game then?
Klay is not pulling from half court or doing step back threes or pull up threes -- those were considered to be bad shots. Klay is amazing but his shots were mostly catch and shoots.

It's likely without KD they would've lost this year (assuming they even make it to the finals). We saw that once KD got injured against the Raptors how they fell apart.
@@malcolmyoung2092If they didn’t have KD, it still would have definitely been Warriors vs. Cavs in finals. We can’t act like the 2016 finals was a sweep. It was to game 7 and both Kyrie and James had to drop 40. I feel like the next couple years if they were without KD could’ve gone either way.
@@warned5149finally someone with sense…. I still say this the warriors without kd…. And a healthy klay without getting those 2 back to back injuries are still winning 4 rings they got 2 without kd…. The whole argument about kd joining is stupid tbh… how many rings kd got without steph zero…. Kd needed steph not the other way around
@@warned5149 if they don't have KD its not guarantee they get by w.e team KD is on or the rockets.

Even the Steph haters making steph sound like the greatest PG of all time
Steph is bigger and taller than Isaiah Thomas and they think Steph couldn't survive the 80's and 90's. 😂😂😂
Deadass😂 🥷 say muggsy bouges could but not Steph is diabolical
Alrg chill. The most feared player after Jordan has to be Bron. Guy had the east on chokehold until he left. But i get that he is the best offensive player after Michael Jordan where he actually turns any franchise into title contenders.
Won't say 22 warriors are washed up, they are pretty decent players but he definitely carried them
I can’t believe i watched nearly a full hour of typical nba sh*tposters berate a warriors fan. Highly entertaining we need a round 2

When the dude brought in Klay Thompson and was like has Steph ever got 38 in a quarter or 60 off 11 dribbles. I wish he said no Steph hasn’t but like no one else has either r
He can also beat Klay's 3pt record in one game but kerr subs him out lol
It feels so great when Im thinking of how I would retort in my head and he has the same, if not similiar answer.
The Jordan tainted the idea of what a leader is response is absolutely aces.
What makes Curry so special is he has the utmost confidence in himself that willingly will sacrifice for the greater good of the team to achieve the ultimate team goal.
A lot of people talk about putting winning above all else. Curry actually backed it up. That's why I respect his game so much.
Saying Steph needed KD to win a ring before ‘22 is insane. After ‘22 is downright comical
top 10 HOH videos in recent memory holy❤️❤️❤️
6:04 Actually, he's just contradicted himself. LeBron, Wemby got size, so without it, what's left? Skills, which is much closer to talent.
Narrative Spinning: KD had to help Steph get a ring
Truth: KD has zero rings without Steph

This gonna be rough 😂
Edit: how is this dude a basketball coach and he can’t understand that 2015 FMVP was a joke?
Steph was also hurt but everyone clearly didn't watch da series cause dey neva acknowledge it. He was hurt almost da entire finals
Steph curry ended the big man era 😂

Not bringing up Steph’s takeover at the last Olympics is CRAAAZZZYYY
I don't understand why people all of a sudden started caring about finals MVP for Steph and not ever before. Tony Parker got finals MVPs over Tim Duncan. Cedric Maxwell got one over Larry Bird. Nobody ever said "Tim Duncan is lower all time cause he let Tony Parker win finals mvp instead of him." Cause that's fucking stupid. Nobody ever said Larry Bird wasn't an alpha cause Cedric Maxwell got finals mvp one year instead of him. It's a dumb ass argument lol
The guy with the Sabrina ionescu thing is actually pretty chill
"Who's stopping him? Mookie Blaylock?" Who is that???? 😂😂😂
To be honest it is not because of steph curry that changed the 3pt era. It is steve kerr. Curry has 8 3pt attempts per game and Thompson also has 7 3pts attempts per game. So how come only steph changed the game then?
Cause Curry is the star, He gets most of the highlights and talk. Klay is heavily under appreciated especially his defense.
Klay is not pulling from half court or doing step back threes or pull up threes -- those were considered to be bad shots. Klay is amazing but his shots were mostly catch and shoots.
@@iinarrab19 Kobe was taking those shots way before Steph
@@BallinChillin kobe was taking shots from the logo, from deep like steph? kobe's bad shots were bad and his efficiency was bad, steph takes those bad shots and makes them efficiently, don't ever compare them

steph top 5 argue w a wall
i actually don’t think this guy argued very well in favour of steph. for example, the whole time with the Jordan ‘88 vs Curry ‘16 argument, he failed to notice than Jordan, in fact, did not win 72 games OR win a championship in 1988. i don’t think he’s actually even convinced me (a guy who agrees with most of his takes) that he’s won this.
also, some of the points that he’s been made to argue for in this video are going against him. some of these points i wouldn’t even agree with, as a steph fan, mostly because of LeBron James. he’s been set up unfairly.
yuh but thats not on him, he even mentioned getting a fact checker as a joke, hes not required to know every single season since the start of NBA lmao

But players did to play with him because they knew he will win them a Ring
Even Lebrons dream was it to play with steph he said it alot of times and when they asked Steph about it he said "No thank you we're good"
He never asked to play with anyone they all wanted to play with him
How many times he could have joined another team to win more Rings but he did not ?
KD thought he the reason for winning he thought he could proof it somewhere else but guess what no other Ring
Klay Thompson thought he the reason to win all these Rings and goes to Dallas to proof it but guess what he will not win another Ring and even if we all know he will never be the reason
Steph on the other hand would win a Ring with most teams in the league right now but with this GSW team it's impossible even for him...even MJ could not win with this Team

Umm he actually changed the game to where everyone takes 3s now it’s essential to the game they learned off him!!!
@ which has ruined the game😂. Teams shoot an insane amount of threes. It’s unbelievably bland, unbelievably boring, lacks any variety of styles. And defense has GREATLY suffered because of it.
Curry’s unanimous mvp title was the most impressive of all time not because he stacked up trophies and titles but because he was the best player of the league by a mile AND changed the way basketball would be played forever right then.
Not even mister Mickael Jeffrey Jordan did that. You could argue he got more titles than Curry some years but he perfected basketball, he did not change it.
That’s the reason right there.
