I worked at Rock Quarry few years right after high school. Sure was fun! getting Paid to play in the sand box with Big Boy toys. Course back it late 60s D9 was the monster which the quarry only had couple. I ran D7 17A cable dozer for while topping stock piles and clearing out drainage ditches, wasn't there lone enough to work up to the Big boy.
a lot of people wouldnt appreciate the shear volume and tonnage of material this is actually pushing along. given it looks to have a clay content to it and anyone who has worked with clay knows just how heavy and crappy it is will understand this is a beasty machine
I think the tracks are not tight enough, in reverse the pins and bushing are trying to climb the sprocket teeth, or maybe that is something unique to the high sprocket drive. Never did like the way the track on a high drive jumps around anyway.
Sorry to be offtopic but does anybody know a tool to get back into an Instagram account?? I somehow lost the login password. I would love any tricks you can give me.
@Alexzander Colten I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site thru google and I'm trying it out now. Takes a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Haaa, I didn't know they built engines too, that's a first for me. I guess it's better to keep it in the family, more control over the build quality(just my thoughts). Much appreciated, thanks.
I know what kind of material that it’s pushing, I worked in this kind of material a lot and it can be difficult at times specially if it’s wet, but if it’s on the dryer side then a good operator should blow through this with no problem. I have noticed one about this Dozer it has very small skinny tracks on it . Now that’s just my opinion, and besides just look at what he is trying to push , it’s not like he pushing a mountain at a time.!!?
He is being inefficient. Just as the blade is getting full the cut is getting flatter and the dozer can't push as much then it breaks over with a light load. Cut the close stuff first and keep the weight of the dozer working for you instead of against. Why push on a curve?
He already cut the material where the bench flattens out. He's no longer cutting the bench deeper, so he carries the material he has cut from behind across the bench to the edge.
rough as guts,i dont like his back ramp too uneven, which means dont back up the ramp unless your squared up or you will slip down ,sideways.tractor looks ok,never been in one,Caterpillar,Komatsu thats all.
Enjoyed every second of it!
Man, nice piece of iron. Love the dual exhaust stacks

Beautiful video!

It appears to change very quickly from reverse to forward. Is that characteristic of a hydrostat drive?
@@eric1138 Yep, the 776 is, apparently, "the largest hydrostat dozer IN THE WORLD!!!", nice and user friendly for this sort of back and forth work
Seeing the big dozer work well
It's got 2 zorst pipes , must be good
Nice and warm inside

Why is he moving all that dirt from one side to the next?
Mi maquinaria favorita la caterpilar
Arent the tracks a little short? Seems to loose traction a bit.
nice smooth CATSKINNER!
Great video - even better yet great audio - what did you use?
Eric Nacke Panasonic GH5 with a Rode mic
Caterpillar's elevated sprocket design patent must be up ah ?
wear on the drive sprocket, grousers and cutting edges is enormous, not to mention the ripper tyne
Oh ok . . .
Yeah, that why you call them wear components…
Como é gratificante e gostoso ver imagens do progresso e do trabalho. Excelente.

@Alexzander Colten It did the trick and I now got access to my account again. I'm so happy:D
Thanks so much, you saved my account !
@Miles Khalid Happy to help xD
What do they use as power plant ? MTU, MAN, CAT, MB, FPT ?
Most key components are from Liebherr themselves. In this case its a Liebherr D 9512 A7 diesel engine with 565 kW.
Haaa, I didn't know they built engines too, that's a first for me.

MAN block with the rest built by Liebherr
@@RPAMEDIA MAN engine architecture, or Liebherr designed architecture with MAN manufacturing the block of their design?
@@GIGABACHI nearly all of their cranes, excavators, wheel loaders, dozers and so on use their own manufactured engines.

What about all that dirt stuck inside the treads at 6:48? Wouldn't that cause a problem? Shouldn't that be cleaned?
think about your question for a bit: How often do you suppose they will need to clean it? After every pass? After every 5 minutes?

Why doesn't it beep beep when it backs up?
Matt Hess sensor has probably failed.
Very Nice 💪💪🤝🤝👍👍

Essa Máquina funciona com motor elétrico? Muito silenciosa pelo trabalho que faz.
Kkkk,motor a diesel.
Motor elétrico socorroooo kkkkkkk
Et les 2 tuyaux d' échappement ils servent à quoi ?
whats the thing on the back used for ? it looks like a subsoiler
Bevis Butthead called a ripper helps break up material
Riper. Can tear up rocks, hard frozen ground, coal etc.
If the gravel is so hard, why wouldn't it have teeth on the bucket?
That is a long ways down; wouldn't want to go over the edge.

Esa maquina es una copia del cat d10. El tren de rodaje es idéntico hasta la forma de los gatos hidráulicos delanteros.

Wha happened?.....He never came back from that last pass. OH NO.....!
Looks like a Cat but will it last like a Cat ?

undercarriage looks like exact copy of caterpillar
Just like chinese Germans copy everything
Cats patent on high tracks ran out so anybody can build them now...from what I read.
