Just beware of high property taxes. The property taxes go up exponentially every year. Last year, our appraisal raised $100,000. Going to tax us out of our home if it continues! Young people can’t afford to pay these high property taxes therefore it keeps our schools from growing. This keeps our football teams and bands small preventing the kids to have more during their educational years.
