The animation sure has improved a lot! And the voice animation as well! Now to wait for a few more years for the next one. Cheers to this team of animators for the excellent work! Also, I like the fact the you also included Christian Bale Sniper in this one.
You definitely had the Midas' touch on this episode, compared to the last one, you've MASSIVELY improved in cinematography aspects, like perspective, camera movement, FOV, it's all improved. I'm looking forward for better work on particle and sound effects, the snow particles were definitely doing crack and those nails just didn't make the noise that you'd expect to hear. Anyways, I do understand your time shortage while working on this, I wouldn't solely blame camera training or lore thinking as the big weight over the time it took to be uploaded. This is not a full review or a detailed critique, so i'll give a rough overall rate of 7/10.
Of course, I'm just finishing some other projects first while ThirstSilver is getting ready for it. (Also episode 4 will be on his channel once it's done.) :)

Here's a tip for you: Nenad do sharp animatsyu, too sharp animatsyya, for SFM it is better to do a smooth, and rich animation. And so worthy and beautiful.
There are multiple RED and BLU teams on this TF2 universe, this will become more clear on upcoming episodes, for now I can just say there's like the RED of coldfront (Enemy), RED of coaltown (friendly), BLUs from the ambush that came from *spoiler* (Enemies?), you can see the idea. :)
