Just a little observation from my side. 1. I think your light is aimed at your chest/neck currently, and that makes a shadow on your cheek undesirable. I think you should try aiming the lights at your face, and if possible, add a second support light at 45 degrees. 2. If possible, please style your hair a little more so it comes off clean and slick I think you're targeting an area no one really touched on in software relation to youtube, and that would likely make you successful.
