Emily, have you ever read the book, Fast Like a Girl by Mindy Pelz? I just recently came across it, and am considering following it to help lose weight and become healthier, but she also mentions auto immune conditions as well. I don't remember what you were specifically struggling with, but I highly suggest looking into what she has to say. (She also has a blog and RUclips channel)

I buy mine on Amazon! Look for ones with a 3M adhesive ☺️
I bought the Labphant 3M adhesive ones and they were really weak. Can you share who the seller / producer of the magnets is?
