I also miss Douglas. I was really sad when I heard that The People's Court AND Paternity Court were being cancelled, because these are two of my favorite Judges (along with Judge Judy, Judge Mablean, Judge Eboni and Judge Ross....but I AM very glad that they are both back in some capacity as judges and they are still hearing cases.
I just love watching Judge Milian! Her knowledge of the law and her pure wisdom is so refreshing. I love the intro! I smile every time I see her dance. She is beautiful inside and out! God bless!!❤
I know what they are feeling. It is devestating. I lost a baby when I was 27 weeks pregnant. The father of the baby kicked me out the day of the funeral. My son lived 9 days.😢😢
I know domestic abuse is a real issue and have no place in our society, but "some" women always imply domestic abuse when there's never been any....that Piss me off.😡 Why try to paint someone with that brush?
I know everyone grieves in their own way, but I do wish more people could have the understanding of death that I do. I believe a body is just a vessel to contain the soul. The soul can linger for a time after the body is no longer alive.
I wonder if the people's court had some type of copyright? I'm literally a die hard Peoples court viewer but this new one is boring and run of the mill! Kudos to judge Millan for keeping going forward but they need to up the game in some way or another.
This is the saddest court case. Both are hurting. I'm not saying whose right or wrong . Thats not fair to either one of them. 😥 I think it would be best let them Divide the baby ashes. He can do what he wants to. Those are his to do his choice. And she can do what she wants to do for her part of choice. And neither one of them need to discuss what they did. They need to just start life on a new foot forward. I pray of anything out of this. They carry mend the pain. Snd say this is what we had and heres where we are now. God bless you both . Seek your answers from Jesus our Lord. Let Him comfort you Let Him give you peace. He has the answers and knows your needs . Listen to Him. He's helped me through ruff things in my life. And kids it works. 🙏🙏💔 He will take your broken hearts and mend them and make you whole. Not right now perhaps. But He will.
OMG(osh)! I avidly loathe the oxymoronic term, "closure," which, from very personal life experience concerning the death of some of those close to me, I know for a fact that we never truly find "closure" no matter what, simply because nothing - absolutely NOTHING - can bring that person back. You disagree? Then imagine this scenario if you would? Someone you love, as an innocent bystander, is murdered during an armed robbery of a convenience store. Today was the day of the perp's execution, so will never take another breath on this planet ever again, right? Does that fact bring your loved one back? Obviously not, but is life all-of-a-sudden-like, nothing but warm sunny days filled with puppy dogs and roses...? Think about it... Used in this context, the term really is more redundant than it might imply...
Taken totally out of context, he said that to the man that wanted to follow him, to the ends of the earth, it was a case he was not prepared to put Christ first in his life, nothing to do with dead people. It’s an example of putting Christ first in your life. If you’ve ever lost a baby at six months or older it’s very traumatic, my son and his wife lost 2 babies like this, and it’s even worse than a miscarriage because we were all able to hold the baby, he was whole and Bonnie baby.
@sandrawestley4193 SAYS the sinner who has NO GOD and doesn't know the ways of God! I don't take advice from sinners so don't worry about replying with your unrepentant prejudice payback spirit that's sin. The Bible (Jesus) says, blessed is the man who does not take counsel (advice) from the ungodly (sinners). We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but EVERYTHING is a spiritual battle.
if he wanted to keep half the cremains, he should have paid half the cost of the creamation. they shared the child, it's a shared expense imo. their child was not a couch or toaster, the remains won't "belong" to just one party. deadbeat to a dead baby. no wonder she left, he sounds like a narc.
I know that this is a recreation, but in the true story, it's unfortunate that they lost the baby, but probably better that they did not have a child together.
@@twilderlm2559 you are making my point. If dude was on his own he would get a place that "fits his budget" but he/they got a place that fits the budget of 2 incomes. It's about prospective.. It doesn't matter how well off a person is, decisions are made due to circumstances.🤷🏽♂️
Mental and emotional abuse exists and makes you feel unsafe even if they've never actually hit you they intimidate you to a point you don't know when they will hit you
It is actually illegal to spread ashes in public without permission from the city/town but, only in permissible areas or from private property owners. Most people keep ashes in urns or lockets.
What about bodies in graves? Are you not supposed to keep them forever too? What's your thought, dig them up after a year and make fertilizer? You can believe what you want, you cannot tell other people what there are supposed to do with loved ones remains.
Love the new show however I miss Douglas he was so nice please bring him back.

I miss Doug's snarky comebacks at the end 😂
I heard Douglas, the balif retired. I wonder what Doug, the interviewer is doing now?
First episode from the new series that felt real for a change. Looking forward to more like this.
Ok then Judge Milan!!!! Guess I will be scooting on over to this channel now🎉
Such a hard case😢😢😢😢😢😢
My heart❤goes out to the parents and Judge Milian.

I am so sorry for the loss of their baby.
It s actors and acting after a script
I am a huge fan of Judge Mairlyn Milian, who is from New York City.
Hate the "word" "Cremains" lol.
Some people are a victim and stay a victim.
Some people are a victim and become a survivor. 💯

She is immature and owes HIM money. She left and didn't pay the rent. And then she sued him for money. Ridiculous.
So sad. 🙏🙏🙏
He couldn't even pay for half of the cremation costs.
He was busy paying her share of the rent.
Why can't she say she cared about the baby she only says cremanes.
Not to disrespect the new baliff, but I miss Douglas.

Stop saying "I left 'her' in the urn.". You didn't leave 'her' in the urn.
You left her ashes in the urn, her remains.
*cremains
@@joeythemoose yes, thank you. You're absolutely correct.
@@sunnyscott4876 I had to google it! I thought she was making up a word 😅😅
@joeythemoose I understand. I think "cremains" is a portmanteau, so not everyone knows it. No problem at all.
BRING BACK DOUGLAS

this new show has real people or actors? this one is my first episode and gives me a feel those are actors
@mile89na -
Unfortunately it's scripted with actors.
Of the devil! The Bible (Jesus) says, let the dead bury the dead.
Translation: move on after a person dies
Not sure that is the meaning. Even Jesus wept when Lazarus died and he knew he could bring him back.

I'm soooo of this intro. Enough already about you.
Bad actors, first case. They are so not a match typewise
Marrige is tough. But its Gods way God will not Bless live ins .

He gives off creepy jerk vibes and glad she left
But at some point, she did want to be with him, I mean she did make a baby with him!
A creepy vibe like you? Who judges someone who’s airing the loss of a child & you think it’s okay to say he’s creepy?!?!
I just cant get over her cremating the baby i guess she did it because it was cheaper but wild 😮😢
Not wild at all. Not everyone wants to be buried in the ground.
Are you from this planet?
Dudes r 2 SORRY these days... a MAN shld be able 2 pay rent entirely himself w/o needing some1 else 2 pay half.
