Damon "Karma" Barlow is a Flex for OpTic Gaming. He is a 2013, 2014, and 2017 World Champion. His most notable teams besides OpTic Gaming are Impact and compLexity/Evil Geniuses.
After the announcement of a 5-player roster in the Black Ops 4 season, OpTic decided to drop Methodz and Octane, and pick up young talents Dashy and TJHaLy, as well as re-adding Karma back into the lineup. After having dominant online performances, winning every single CheckMate Gaming ProDown tournament in 2018, they won the 2019 CWL Las Vegas Open (their first Major tournament win since the 2017 CWL Championship) to directly qualify for the 2019 CWL Pro League.

@Panis Dis i dont consider Fariko a dynasty at all. Back then there was 10+ events every year. Fariko only won 4 events.. if thats the case then TK or Rise in WW2 were a dynasty as well.
Damon is the only reason why I like optic if he was on another team I wouldn't care for them at all

Felt like he was good at the start of the game but as the year went on he was mediocre. Still respect the goat.

Solix I know but just from watching him play and his shot he just looked average maybe I’m basing this too much on cod champs
M M he’s by far the smartest player on the team. Maybe his gun skill isn’t the greatest but he makes the biggest play for the team. Calling the right shots as well. Imo without him the team would fall apart
Solix i don’t think he’s the smartest player but definitely one of the most selfless. Smartness isn’t really a factor in these cods as opposed to MWR and ghost id say
M M the whole team would probably disagree with you. He was offered to many teams not because he was selfless because he knew the right plays. For example, 100 Thieves. Enable is a selfless player but they wanted Karma knowing he was a smart player.
