I had my doubts in the beginning, but I think Netflix has done a nice job with their games program. It feels like a well-curated collection, and certainly they've done better than Amazon's gaming efforts. I know some people aren't happy with some of these games becoming exclusive on Netflix-only, but it's important to remember that it's the developer's decision to sign on with Netflix.

I have no need for a subscription service just for a couple of games, as I rarely watch films and almost never watch series (and if I do, torrents provide much better quality and voiceover/subs selections). So, unless there's a way to hack/bypass the Netflix log in screen, I won't get to try any of them :(

For Android players, Netflix has really closed that gap between Android and iOS when it comes to quality games. Even in the iOS gaming community, people are recognizing how great the Netflix games are compared to Apple Arcade. If this trend continues, both Android and iOS gamers have a lot to look forward to.
i saw spiritfarer and storyteller and i am automatically sold, instantly subscribed to netflix for the first time ever. loving the choices about the games. really various and really high quality games. i've been wanting storyteller and spiritfarer but always thought "man if only they're on mobile" and bam! it happened. hopefully other casual quality games like q or cats organized are gonna make it. other not too long story based games too. i just love playing high quality games while being able to lay down, especially when i also can download and delete them anytime i want without paying full prices
Really hope to see more videos of Netflix games in the future. One of the most recent ones, Laya's Horizon is 100% one of the best they may have released in a while!!

My personal tier list from this list- Before My Eyes -Once in a lifetime experience, only a couple hours long, dont look up anything about it. Into The Breach- Too good to be true on mobile. Personally, one of the best games in the Netflix games library. Tmnt Shredders Revenge- Just one word, "Fun". Its just so fun from the core to everything else. Spiritfarer - Greta port of the game from oc, same with oxenfree. Three Kingdoms Reigns: Really cool and good, oerfect for some pass time. BUT THE BEST CASUAL GAME IMO has ti be Poinpy. Its the perfection of a mobile game. Short, fun and sweet, and theres an end goal, and theres puzzles and no microtransactions. Theres also the west themed sci fi sgmhooter Dust Neon, but personally, even though I like it, except the combat and the gun variety and animation, its relaly lacking in story, music, bosses, characters, and a lot more.

Into the breach is amazing, very interesting gameplay (not just "kill all enemies") and i love how they integrated the "lose and repeat" mechanic to make sense in the game's universe. I'm actually with you on that. I mean, I'd prefer that these games were stand-alone titles. But on the other hand, I probably wouldn't have played them all if they were. So I am a bit torn about it. And yeah, Into the Breach is one of the only games I've ever played where the repeat mechanic made sense. I agree, really well done 👏
they're not really "making" these themselves. most of these games are acquired from other indie studios. although they might have their own in-house dev team too idk.

Others are being developed by the game studios Netflix acquired last year, and yet others by the new games studios Netflix have launched themselves. There are 70 games in development for Netflix Games at the moment, they revealed a few days ago (I couldn't get that info into the video as I had already recorded it).
@ right lol, plenty full games do but mobile games controls are terrible typically but right now I’ve found a few full ones with controller support or really good touch controls . I’m in better shape now.
Man, if Tomb Raider could get the Mighty Doom mechanic of not needing to stop to shoot, it'd be my new favorite game. If Netflix keep this up we might need a top 5 netflix weekly lol

Some of them can be played even when offline. I don't know exactly how the system works, but I guess your phone just has to connect to the internet every once in a while, and as long as you do that, you'll be able to play them offline. I just tested with "Poinpy", and it ran just fine on airplane mode :)

I already downloaded and played a little bit Dust and Neon and Relics Hunters. I´ll try the other one. I never play on mobile because I don´t like the touchscreen and because I hate the adds and pay to win nature of those games. But with Netflix at least I can play games without adds
I honestly think btd6 netflix is quite good, because when you have a netflix account, why pay for the original when you have the perks of being a netflix member?
These just shows how mobile games can be great if you remove the annoying free to play monetization. Wish all those games just had a pay once option like normal games on PC instead.

Something doesn’t match the realty. Here are not all “Netflix games” that first actually most of hands are a republishing of other company work/games as Gameloft (asphalt series) or Annapurna Interactive (12 twelve minutes) and others published on steam/app store… and you didn’t played the Solitarie that was out weeks ago, before you started to record the video… so you just talked about what you wanted and not about all Netflix games that are on app/play store

If you stop subscribing, yeah, then you won't have access anymore. That's the biggest disadvantage of subscription services.
