    Ive been sober nearly 13 years and im searching for something that i feel is missing, ive found it. My sponsor was more of a friend and i feel that i was held back from going through the steps THOROUGHLY.

      YEs, replacing it with better things, including 12-step work, meetings, rehular early habits, 3 cooked , healthy meals a day, esp breakfast. MAny cooked root vegetables and good protein and fats, as well as gluten-free, soaked abpnd cooked whole-grains like brown rice, Quinoa, Buckwheat, Millet, Amaranth and some MAize. Quit sugar and soda pop, diminish Coffee, cocoa, , black tea,whch stimulate stress and form acid.
