@@incredibilis4024 Hey man I joined your lobby today and I have constructive criticism. I like the maps but some maps, mainly the fat kid ones seem to be more about causing frustration than having fun. Some of the crates take an incredible amount of effort to move and the fat kid often catches up very fast (to the point where I lost interest trying to push further into the maps and preferred to stay in the spawns to spawn kill zombies). There is also parts such as the 1 way shield obstacle parts which are super frustrating to try and pass through as a zombie and I noticed many zombies quit here after getting pushed by their allies a few too many times. Also the fat kid game type you currently use has infinite time each round meaning rounds never end if the fat kid is afk. Personally I think fat kid flows best when it is 10 minute rounds. Not hating, just found some of the games quite frustrating as both a human and a zombie. Overall though I can tell you have passion when forging maps so please don't feel disheartened by my comment I just think they could do with touching up a bit so the experience is smoother and more enjoyable for all players. Like I said this is all constructive criticism so feel free to ignore but yeah, that's how I felt about it. I loved the designs choices of many of your maps by the way and I also want to add it's quite rare to see new maps popping up on the MCC nowadays so overall they all were a breath of fresh air.
@@santiagolopez9034 I dunno what happened to my previous comment but I hope you got it! To summarise, I hugely appreciate the feedback so no worries! I disagree about the crates as the maps are meant to be quite hard to encourage cooperation and teamwork (e.g having some pushing crate and others distracting fatty etc). I can see how it may be annoying when you have a bad team or bad weapon spawns (though you can grenade yourself to try get something better). However I do agree about the shield doors. As I made these maps and play on pc, it is much easier to walk in a straight line with keyboard and mouse compared to controller due to joystick drift etc, so I think I will make the gaps a little wider. Also about the zombies, while on keyboard and mouse it is not that difficult, I can understand how the issue may be exacerbated on controller due to the speed etc. So when I get some time I will edit these things! About the timer, I used to feel this way but the trouble is that with larger maps 10 mins may not be enough to get through. I think I may timer may be 30 - 45 mins to ensure people can get to the end of the map. Also the fatkid AFK problem is annoying I agree, I just wish the host could pick zombies (as I don't mind being fatty honestly) or make it so someone who is afk is no longer fatty). Also don't expect any update soon as I am neck-deep in uni stuff lol. I have just have the past few days off due to being burnt out, but I am starting again today and I have like 5 assessments and 2 exams this and next month so I'm going to be mega busy. After everything I will update and address your concerns. I mean the reason I hosted a lobby yesterday was because I wanted to play all my maps before infection gets added to infinite (though it will probloably be not as good as 3's and Reach's customs). I also made some maps for infinite and while I like it, I'm kinda an old school forge map but I may have a go at making infection maps for that game too in the future. Anyway no need to apologise, I hugely appreciate your criticism!
