Out of curiousity what makes it better for PVP in 2.23 asides from the new difference in no more gimbal penalty? I own one myself and wouldn’t mind trying it for some PVP.
@@aeroskl6174 speed and manoeuvrability mostly, but decent survivability and loadout too. I suggest an Avenger 1 video he did recently about a combat ship tier list. Most ships that got an interceptor tuning are pretty high. Think only Buccaneer and 1 other ship was better. o7

"You can use them for drugs, mostly drugs" had me laughing. I'm buying back my very first pledge right now as I just miss this little guy. Such a fun ship that lets you do everything star citizen has to offer. Maybe once modules are implemented we could add the holding cells in 1 or 2 increments that way you could still have some storage space. I wish the Vanguards had any amount of storage. Great video.
I did enjoy my Avenger Titan. Still have a skin to prove that. But there was so much grind to be done that I bit the bullet and upgraded to Nomad. That was my last purchase in SC an year ago.
Great video Red! I'm excited for its modularity, I was sold on the Stalker for bounty hunting and having the prisoner pods pre-installed per the store page should be nice. Especially to team up with friends as you mentioned. I'm looking forward to being able to swap in the EMP or Cargo module for other roles, too. Some have suggested it wont be modular, but CIG still has the descriptions stating having modules pre-installed, which is a good sign that we're still getting it and implies we can remove them. Three roles in one, this fighter is a solid deal for a new player.

I stand by the Avenger titan. It deserves a good update with gold pass. Mine has been very reliable and there's a reason I keep one even though it is far from my only ship.
maybe the arched geometry reminds you of the Concorde? different as it is overall, it gave me that impression. i had a chance to walk around in a Concorde at an air museum in Scotland while visting some family

It's my pleasure, really! so, this was extensive and awesome. All the variations explained with pros and cons that come to mind. I like the comparison at the end with other ships, that is very helpful. I actually like longer videos, but you'll need to keep an eye out about what works best for your channel. I was told once that 15 - 18 min videos did best, but that was years ago. Also youtube sucks now, so maybe it doesn't matter Anyway to the Avenger: I don't like it and I hate that I don't like it. IT ticks all the boxes for a good starter and packs a punch. But there are little things that bother me. Why couldn't it be a little taller for a ROC miner? where's the toilet? Also the landing gear at the front bothers me and it's the same with the 300i series: they are so thin and long and look like toothpicks! they look like the would snap an any minute like stork legs! I do like the little detail THAT YOU DIDN'T MISS with the little step between cargo and living quarters. Also the cockpit looks dated and old and it fits the lore perfectly! It IS an old ship, but it's also a mass product of it's time; it's nothing a collector would remodel like an oldtimer. Also the pilot chair in the nomad looks way more comfy, your just wrong there. I like this video way more that the ship it is about so well done, thank you very much for putting this together. Holidays were great man, and I hope you had a blast as well! Cheers Dude!

Just an aversion to what is popular and recommended. Even though both ships are outstanding. It is good to have a choice and the game provides a lot of that. But if all you see is the same popular recommendation, then that breaks the character of the game a bit for me. It's not to be special, I'll gladly play the whole game without anybody seeing me. It's just those ships look and feel generic. Nothing wrong with that, but if I have choices, I'm going to make them. Also the nomad in Valentines day purple looks lovely!

The area around the bed will have to for components along with the aisle. And they might still have to put stuff in the outside. They can’t put components in the cargo area because they can’t be blocked by cargo Also, the warlock sucks because you can’t even do box missions anymore. Just like the mustang beta, they need to make a way to hop over the pilot seat and go straight to the back
While unfortunate, is an interdiction ship really the best tool for being an intergalactic courier? There are much better choices for this type of work. 🙂
The Avenger is supposed to be a modular ship eventually.

@@adamu6941 When I got it it had higher speeds + more powerful EMP than my Hawk. The rear is still usable for storing small stuff.
