@@stottes0457 ignore someone putting something in their hands away? If the other guy was saying that everything is fine then they had no RS to frisk and search someone. No crime was committed, there was no call about a gun from a local either. The cop assumed it was a gun and escalated everything

like the cop COULDVE just not called gun (cause he really didnt see shit it was absolutely animation ID'ing) and instead just did what he actually did right at the start which was split them up and talk to the other guy to find out if K had a weapon and was threatening him which we know the guy didnt say shit based on the lack of taze spam or demanding he turn around cause he knew he HAD to actually search K to get proof of the gun, have he never called gun and played it out with logic he would've either left accepting that K is using his rights to refuse without just cause and the fact he cant force him cause the other guy didnt say anything about a gun obviously meaning he has to let him go but no, NP cops have always been W cops so instead he calls gun, gets 3 cars as backup and then starts a chase over suspecting he has a gun cause you already know hes mentally ID'd it as Mr K cause of the outfit to begin with so he KNOWS he has a gun
Shouldn’t they assume that it’s legal to carry unless a crime was committed? There are licenses in the game that make carrying a gun legal and there was no crime reported. That means there’s no RAS nor PC.
Thats not even a relevant point when the main issue is not even seeing the gun in the first place. the "RP" being that K tucked it before the cops were able to see.

The argument is they jumped on k they did this they did then when the arguments are kinda all invalid when he saw him put something away and he’s a mask individual in a area that residents are being attacked. Either way k is running because they have rs to detain and identify people and tell the people in the area it’s not safe. They know they are looking for k.

For context k was attacking people in paleto for hours they know it’s k. K by this time attacked like 11 people most people didn’t know anything or what was going on so pd went in force to paleto. Pd has basically rs to detain and identify everyone in paleto they can identify Mike not k so either way k will be running. The end result is the same

Cops cannot detain you without suspicion of a crime. There was no suspicion of a crime. Also they didn't see the gun itself they seen the animation, in rp that could've been anything, could've been a wrench, could've been scratching his back. So they had absolutely no grounds to detain him. Furthermore the cops immediately escalate it to "im going to frisk you" before k can cook them and tell them how illegal what they're doing is because that forces him to run or they see he has a weapon then they're going to try to search him. So all of that from an animation which could've been him pulling his pants up in rp. Cop fail rp'd here. But who knows maybe its all mr k tweaking 😂😂😂
